Description
[1]一方の板状体と該一方の板状体と対向する他方の板状体とにより空洞部が形成されたコンテナと、
前記空洞部に封入された作動流体と、
前記空洞部に収容された、前記コンテナに溶接されて溶接部が形成されたウィック構造体と、
を備えるベーパーチャンバ。
[2]前記溶接部が、電極を当てて溶接を行う抵抗スポット溶接及びレーザを当てて溶接を行うレーザスポット溶接からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種のスポット溶接で形成された溶接部である[1]に記載のベーパーチャンバ。
[3]前記ウィック構造体の側面が、該ウィック構造体の側面に対向する前記コンテナの内周面から距離Xに位置し、該距離Xが、該距離Xに対して平行方向の前記ウィック構造体の寸法の0%超5%以下である[1]または[2]に記載のベーパーチャンバ。
[4]前記溶接部が、複数、形成されている[1]乃至[3]のいずれか1つに記載のベーパーチャンバ。
[5]前記一方の板状体の前記空洞部の外方に位置する周縁部と前記他方の板状体の前記空洞部の外方に位置する周縁部とが、ファイバレーザによる溶接にて接合されてコンテナが形成されている[1]乃至[4]のいずれか1つに記載のベーパーチャンバ。
[6]前記ウィック構造体が、金属製のメッシュ部材を有する[1]乃至[5]のいずれか1つに記載のベーパーチャンバ。
[7]前記メッシュ部材が、ステンレス製のメッシュ部材である[1]乃至[6]のいずれか1つに記載のベーパーチャンバ。

Claims (6)
- 一方の板状体と該一方の板状体と対向する他方の板状体とにより空洞部が形成されたコンテナと、
前記空洞部に封入された作動流体と、
前記空洞部に収容された、前記コンテナに溶接されて溶接部が形成されたウィック構造体と、
を備え、
前記ウィック構造体は前記コンテナに溶接されることで、前記ウィック構造体と前記コンテナの接触部及び前記ウィック構造体を構成する微細部材同士の接触部が溶融して前記コンテナに接合され、
前記ウィック構造体が、金属製のメッシュ部材を有し、前記ウィック構造体を構成する前記微細部材である、第1の方向に延びる第1の金属細線、第2の方向に延びる第2の金属細線において、前記ウィック構造体と前記コンテナの接触部及び前記第1の金属細線と前記第2の金属細線の接触部が溶融して一体化し、
前記ウィック構造体は、溶融して一体化している前記第1の金属細線の一部の箇所が前記一方の板状体の内面と直接接触し、溶融して一体化している前記第2の金属細線の一部の箇所が前記一方の板状体の内面と直接接触していることで、前記一方の板状体の内面上に、該一方の板状体の内面と面状に接触した状態で延在し、
放熱部にて気相から液相へ相変化した前記作動流体は、前記ウィック構造体の毛細管力にて、前記放熱部から受熱部へ還流されるベーパーチャンバ。 - 前記溶接部が、電極を当てて溶接を行う抵抗スポット溶接及びレーザを当てて溶接を行うレーザスポット溶接からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種のスポット溶接で形成された溶接部である請求項1に記載のベーパーチャンバ。
- 前記ウィック構造体の側面が、該ウィック構造体の側面に対向する前記コンテナの内周面から距離Xに位置し、該距離Xが、該距離Xに対して平行方向の前記ウィック構造体の寸法の0%超5%以下である請求項1または2に記載のベーパーチャンバ。
- 前記溶接部が、複数、形成されている請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のベーパーチャンバ。
- 前記一方の板状体の前記空洞部の外方に位置する周縁部と前記他方の板状体の前記空洞部の外方に位置する周縁部とが、ファイバレーザによる溶接にて接合されてコンテナが形成されている請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のベーパーチャンバ。
- 前記メッシュ部材が、ステンレス製のメッシュ部材である請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のベーパーチャンバ。
