Description
(1)本発明のガス検知型シールは、化学反応層に設けられた反応領域によって、被検ガスと反応することで、化学変化が生じる。当該化学変化は、反応呈色層における呈色指示薬の反応によって異なる色を示し、利用者は色の変化を直接目視で観察するか、又は従来のデータベースを利用し、色の変化を分析・判断する方法で検出結果を得ることができるため、一層利用しやすくなる。
図1は、本発明の第1実施例に係るガス検知型シールの第1利用形態の概略図である。当該ガス検知型シールは、主に、化学反応層10と、化学反応層10に対して互いに積み重ねられた反応呈色層20と、粘着層30とを含む。さらに、仕切り部40を含む。

Claims (13)
- 積み重ねて設けられた粘着層と、反応呈色層と、化学反応層とを含むガス検知型シールであって、
前記化学反応層は、被検ガスと反応して化学変化が生じる少なくとも1つの反応領域を含み、前記化学反応層は前記反応呈色層の反対側に位置するガス取込み面を有し、該ガス取込み面は前記被検ガスに接触され、
前記反応呈色層は、反応面と、該反応面の反対側に位置する呈色面とを有し、前記反応面は前記反応領域に接触し、前記反応呈色層は呈色指示薬を含み、前記呈色指示薬が前記反応面を介して前記反応領域の前記化学変化に対応して呈色反応を起こすことで、前記呈色面から前記呈色指示薬の色の変化を観察でき、
前記粘着層は、前記反応呈色層の前記呈色面に、又は前記化学反応層の前記ガス取込み面に設けられることを特徴とするガス検知型シール。 - 前記ガス検知型シールの最も外側に反射防止フィルムが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス検知型シール。
- 前記ガス取込み面に近い側に、ガス選別機能を有する少なくとも1つの拡散フィルムが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス検知型シール。
- 前記拡散フィルムは、吸着機能を有する液体、コロイド、細孔、及び繊維性フィルムからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガス検知型シール。
- 前記拡散フィルムはグラフェンを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガス検知型シール。
- 前記ガス取込み面に近い側に2つの拡散フィルムが設けられ、2つの前記拡散フィルムの間に吸着層が挟設されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガス検知型シール。
- 前記ガス取込み面に、ガス選別機能を有する少なくとも1つの拡散フィルムが設けられ、ガス選別機能を有する少なくとも1つの前記拡散フィルムは前記ガス取込み面に直接接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス検知型シール。
- 前記ガス取込み面に少なくとも1つのフィルム層が設けられ、前記フィルム層は吸着層、ガス選別機能を有する拡散フィルム、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス検知型シール。
- 前記呈色面に比色ブロックが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス検知型シール。
- 前記粘着層は、前記反応呈色層又は前記化学反応層より面積が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス検知型シール。
- 前記化学変化は、酸化還元反応、酸塩基反応、酵素触媒反応、金属触媒反応、縮合反応、加水分解反応、付加反応、脱離反応、置換反応、又はこれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス検知型シール。
- 前記呈色指示薬は、酸塩基指示薬、発色性溶媒和物、又はこれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス検知型シール。
- 前記呈色指示薬なる組成物は、水和物、沈殿物、金属錯体、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス検知型シール。
