Description
Claims (9)
- 燃料気化ガスを含む気体を送給するためのパージポンプを一例とする車両用気化ガスポンプ(12)であって、
ポンプ流入開口(30)から流出渦巻室(32)に前記気体を送給後、前記気体を、実質的に前記流出渦巻室(32)の外縁部分から接線方向に延びて前記流出渦巻室(32)をポンプ流出開口(44)に連通するポンプ流出ダクト(40)内に送給する遠心式のポンプ回転体(34)と、
少なくとも1つの固定子モータ巻線(51)と、磁石式モータ回転子(52)と、前記固定子モータ巻線(51)を励磁するモータ駆動用電子ユニット(53)とを備え、前記ポンプ回転体(34)を駆動する電動モータ(50)と、
前記モータ駆動用電子ユニット(53)を外部コントロールユニット(19)に電気的に接続するための電気接続コネクタ(60)と、
前記ポンプ流出ダクト(40)における流体圧力を検出する組込型圧力センサ(70)と、を備え、
前記組込型圧力センサ(70)は前記流出渦巻室(32)と前記ポンプ流出開口(44)との間の前記ポンプ流出ダクト(40)に設けられ、且つ、一体的に組み込まれた電気的配線(64’)を介して、前記電気接続コネクタ(60)の接続ピン(64)に電気的に直接接続され、
更に、前記組込型圧力センサ(70)は、前記電気接続コネクタ(60)には接続されない別の配線(65)を介して前記モータ駆動用電子ユニット(53)に電気的に接続されている、ことを特徴とする車両用気化ガスポンプ。 - 前記電気接続コネクタ(60)と前記組込型圧力センサ(70)とは、回転中心軸線方向に見たとき、互いに重なり合っている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用気化ガスポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ流出ダクト(40)と前記電気接続コネクタ(60)とは、回転中心軸線方向に見たとき、互いに重なり合っている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用気化ガスポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ流入開口(30)と前記ポンプ流出ダクト(40)とを形成する流体ハウジング部(21)、及び前記電動モータ(50)と、前記組込型圧力センサ(70)を実質的に収容するセンサチャンバ(72)と、を備えたモータハウジング部(22)により、ポンプハウジングが形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用気化ガスポンプ。
- 前記組込型圧力センサ(70)を収容するセンサチャンバ(72)が、回転中心軸線方向の位置において、前記ポンプ流出ダクト(40)と前記電気接続コネクタ(60)との間に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用気化ガスポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ流出ダクト(40)の流出ダクト壁(42)には、前記ポンプ流出ダクト(40)の内部を前記センサチャンバ(72)に連通するセンサ用開口(78)が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用気化ガスポンプ。
- 前記センサ用開口(78)は、前記流体ハウジング部(21)に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項4を引用する請求項6に記載の車両用気化ガスポンプ。
- 燃料タンク(14)と、
気化ガス吸収ユニット(16)と、
気化ガス送給先(18)に燃料気化ガスを送給する車両用気化ガスポンプ(12)と、を備え、
前記車両用気化ガスポンプ(12)は、流体経路として、前記気化ガス吸収ユニット(16)と前記気化ガス送給先(18)との間に配置され、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の特徴を備える、ことを特徴とする車両用気化ガスポンプ装置。 - 前記気化ガス送給先(18)は、内燃機関の吸気系であること、を特徴とする請求項8に記載の車両用気化ガスポンプ装置。
