Claims (9)
- 浮上して空間を移動可能な飛行体と、
前記飛行体に搭載されるとともに、レーザ光を照射するように構成された加工ヘッドと、
加工対象物に対する前記加工ヘッドの位置及び姿勢を検出する位置姿勢検出部と、
前記飛行体の本体に対する前記加工ヘッドの姿勢を変更する姿勢変更機構、及び前記加工ヘッドからのレーザ光の照射方向を変更するレーザスキャナを備え、前記位置姿勢検出部が検出した前記加工ヘッドの位置及び姿勢に基づいて、前記加工ヘッドから照射されるレーザ光の照射位置を変更可能な照射位置変更部と、
前記加工ヘッドに前記レーザ光を供給するレーザ発振器と、を備えたレーザ加工機。 - 前記位置姿勢検出部は、前記飛行体に搭載された撮像装置、及び該撮像装置が得た画像を処理する画像処理装置を含む、請求項1に記載のレーザ加工機。
- 前記レーザスキャナは、複数のミラーを備えたガルバノ機構を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のレーザ加工機。
- 前記レーザ発振器は、前記加工ヘッドに光ファイバで接続される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工機。
- 前記飛行体を複数台有し、前記光ファイバにはファイバ切換器が設けられる、請求項4に記載のレーザ加工機。
- 前記レーザ発振器が前記飛行体に搭載される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工機。
- 前記レーザ発振器に電力供給する電源が前記飛行体に搭載される、請求項6に記載のレーザ加工機。
- 前記加工対象物の指定形状に沿って前記レーザ光の照射位置を走査するように構成されている、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工機。
- 前記姿勢変更機構は、略水平方向に延びる軸線回りに90度以上回転駆動する駆動機構を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ加工機。
