Description
上記した以外の課題、構成及び効果は、以下の実施形態の説明により明らかにされる。
まず、本発明の作業機械の第1の実施の形態としての油圧ショベルの構成について図1を用いて説明する。図1は本発明の作業機械の第1の実施の形態を適用した油圧ショベルを示す側面図である。ここでは、運転席に着座したオペレータから見た方向を用いて説明する。
次に、本発明の作業機械の第2の実施の形態を図9及び図10を用いて説明する。図9は本発明の作業機械の第2の実施の形態における油圧システム及び電動システムの構成を示すブロック図である。図10は図9に示す本発明の作業機械の第2の実施の形態の一部を構成するコントローラにおける発電機の力行動作の制御手順の一例を示すフローチャートである。なお、図9及び図10において、図1〜図8に示す符号と同符号のものは、同様な部分であるので、その詳細な説明は省略する。
なお、本発明は本実施の形態に限られるものではなく、様々な変形例が含まれる。上記した実施形態は本発明をわかり易く説明するために詳細に説明したものであり、必ずしも説明した全ての構成を備えるものに限定されるものではない。ある実施形態の構成の一部を他の実施の形態の構成に置き換えることが可能であり、また、ある実施形態の構成に他の実施の形態の構成を加えることも可能である。また、各実施形態の構成の一部について、他の構成の追加、削除、置換をすることも可能である。
Claims (4)
- 蓄電及び放電が可能な蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置と電気的に接続され、電力の供給により駆動する補機装置と、
エンジンに機械的に接続され、前記エンジンによって駆動されることで発電動作を行う第1発電機及び第2発電機と、
前記第1発電機と前記第2発電機との要求合計電流に基づいて前記第1発電機及び前記第2発電機を制御するコントローラとを備えた作業機械において、
前記第1発電機及び前記第2発電機は、前記蓄電装置及び前記補機装置と電気的に接続され、発電した電力を前記蓄電装置及び前記補機装置に対して供給可能であり、
前記コントローラは、前記第1発電機及び前記第2発電機を同時に発電させる制御を実行するとき、前記第1発電機と前記第2発電機間の発電電流の割合を、前記第1発電機の効率が前記第2発電機の効率よりも高くなる前記要求合計電流が低電流の領域では、前記第1発電機に対する前記第2発電機の発電電流の割合が小さくなるように設定し、前記第2発電機の効率が前記第1発電機の効率よりも高くなる前記要求合計電流が高電流の領域では、前記第1発電機に対する前記第2発電機の発電電流の割合が大きくなるように設定し、設定された発電電流の割合に基づいて前記第1発電機及び前記第2発電機の発電電力を制御する
ことを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1に記載の作業機械において、
前記第1発電機及び前記第2発電機の温度をそれぞれ検出する複数の温度センサを更に備え、
前記コントローラは、前記第1発電機及び前記第2発電機の発電電流の割合を設定する際に、前記複数の温度センサが検出した温度に基づいて、前記第1発電機及び前記第2発電機の発電電流の上限を制限する
ことを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1に記載の作業機械において、
前記第1発電機及び前記第2発電機のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記蓄電装置からの電力の供給によって前記エンジンの回転駆動を補助する力行動作を行うことが可能な発電電動機で構成され、
前記コントローラは、前記発電電動機の動作を発電動作または力行動作に切り換えることが可能である
ことを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項3に記載の作業機械において、
前記第1発電機及び前記第2発電機のうちの少なくとも1つは、力行動作が不能で発電動作のみが可能であり、
前記コントローラは、前記発電電動機に対して力行動作をさせる制御を行う場合、発電動作のみが可能な発電機に対して発電動作を停止させる制御を行う
ことを特徴とする作業機械。
