Claims (1)
- 変速機のシフト装置であって、
シフトフォークを動作させるためのカム溝が外周面に形成された円筒状または円柱状のシフトカムと、
シフトペダルシャフトの回転により揺動するドライブプレートと、
前記シフトカムの一端部に固定され、前記ドライブプレートの揺動に応じて前記シフトカムを回転させるシフトカムプレートと、
前記シフトカムの回転角を検出するシフトカムセンサと、
前記シフトカムの回転を前記シフトカムセンサに伝達する伝達シャフトとを備え、
前記シフトカムの一端部において、前記シフトカムの回転軸に対応する位置には挿入穴が形成され、
前記シフトカムプレートには、当該シフトカムプレートを貫通する貫通穴が形成され、
前記伝達シャフトは前記シフトカムと同軸に配置され、前記伝達シャフトの一端部は前記シフトカムセンサに接続され、または対向し、前記伝達シャフトの他端部は前記貫通穴を貫通し、前記挿入穴に圧入された状態で前記シフトカムに固定され、
前記シフトカムプレートの他端部には凹部が形成され、前記凹部内に前記シフトカムの一端部が圧入された状態で前記シフトカムプレートと前記シフトカムとが互いに固定され、
前記シフトカムの一端部において前記シフトカムプレートよりも前記シフトカムの軸方向他側の外周側には、前記シフトカムの一端部を当該シフトカムの支持部に回転可能に支持するためのベアリングが設けられ、前記挿入穴内に位置する前記伝達シャフトの他端部は、前記ベアリングの内側の位置に達するまで前記シフトカムの軸方向他側に伸長していることを特徴とするシフト装置。
