前記少なくとも1つのストリップは、アウトバウンド側に摺動層を備える金属ストリップであり、
前記少なくとも1つのストリップは、前記ストリップによって形成された円弧状空間を充填するために、前記金属ストリップのインバウンド外側に取り付けられたゴム材料を備える、クリップ。 - 可動基板と、前記可動基板に向かう摺動力を提供するためのクリップとを備えるアセンブリであって、前記クリップは、少なくとも1つのストリップを備え、
前記少なくとも1つのストリップは、第1軸方向端部、第2軸方向端部、および前記第1軸方向端部と前記第2軸方向端部との間の弓形を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのストリップは、アウトバウンド側に摺動層を備える金属ストリップであり、
前記少なくとも1つのストリップは、前記ストリップによって形成された円弧状空間を充填するために、前記金属ストリップのインバウンド外側に取り付けられたゴム材料を備え、
少なくとも1つの径方向フランジは、前記少なくとも1つのストリップの前記第1軸方向端部および/または前記第2軸方向端部から径方向に突起しており、
少なくとも1つの突起または開口は、支持体に前記クリップを取り付けるのに適している、アセンブリ。 - 可動基板に向かう摺動力を提供する方法であって、
可動基板およびクリップを備えるアセンブリを提供するステップであって、前記クリップは、少なくとも1つのストリップを備え、前記少なくとも1つのストリップは、第1軸方向端部、第2軸方向端部、および前記第1軸方向端部と前記第2軸方向端部との間の弓形を備え、前記少なくとも1つのストリップは、アウトバウンド側に摺動層を備える金属ストリップであり、前記少なくとも1つのストリップは、前記ストリップによって形成された円弧状空間を充填するために、前記金属ストリップのインバウンド外側に取り付けられたゴム材料をさらに備える、ステップと、
前記クリップが前記可動基板に向かう所望の摺動力を提供できるように前記可動基板を移動させるステップと、を備える方法。 - 前記クリップは、前記少なくとも1つのストリップの前記第1軸方向端部および/または前記第2軸方向端部から径方向に突起する少なくとも1つの径方向フランジをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのストリップは、支持体に前記クリップを取り付けるのに適している少なくとも1つの突起または開口をさらに備える、請求項4に記載のクリップ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起または開口は、前記少なくとも1つの径方向フランジに配置されている、請求項5に記載のクリップ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起または開口は、前記支持体に取り付けるためのスナップイン機構を備える、請求項5に記載のクリップ。
- 前記摺動層はポリマーを備える、請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 前記ポリマーは、フルオロポリマー、ポリアセタール、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリスルホン、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリフェニレンスルフィド(PPS)、ポリウレタン(PUR)、ポリエステル、ポリフェニレンオキシド、およびこれらの混合物の群から選択される、請求項8に記載のクリップ。
- 前記金属ストリップは、弓形の適用負荷の下で弾性挙動を提供する、任意の種類の金属合金である、請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 前記クリップは、少なくとも2つのストリップを備える、請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 前記ストリップは、2つの隣り合うストリップの間の角度を30度から180度の範囲にして前記可動基板を囲むように、互いに位置決めされる、請求項11に記載のクリップ。
- 前記ゴム材料は、ニトリルゴム、ネオプレンゴム、シリコーンゴム、オレフィン系エラストマー、スチレン系エラストマー、熱可塑性エラストマー、架橋エラストマー、ポリエーテル−ポリエステルエラストマー、エチレン−プロピレンエラストマー、エチレン−アクリレートゴム、および/またはフルオロエラストマーを備える、請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 前記クリップは、少なくとも2つのフランジを有する、請求項1に記載のクリップ。
