蓄電装置と、外部充電設備のコネクタが接続されている状態で前記外部充電設備からの電力を前記蓄電装置へ供給するインレットと、を備える車両に搭載され、
前記外部充電設備の前記コネクタと前記インレットとが接続されている状態で行なわれる前記外部充電設備からの電力による前記蓄電装置への充電の状態を管理する充電管理装置であって、
前記外部充電設備は、前記コネクタに、所定電圧が印加される電力線と、前記外部充電設備を接地する設備側アース線と、前記電力線と前記設備側アース線とに接続された第1抵抗と、を内蔵し、
前記車両は、前記インレットに、前記コネクタが接続されている状態で車体を接地する車両側アース線と前記設備側アース線とを接続するアース用端子と、前記コネクタが接続されている状態で前記車両側アース線と前記電力線とを接続する第1端子と、前記コネクタが接続されている状態で前記設備側アース線に接続される第2端子と、を内蔵し、
前記充電管理装置は、更に、
一端が前記第2端子に接続される第2抵抗と、
前記第2抵抗の他端と前記車両側アース線との間の電圧を調整する電圧調整回路と、
前記電圧調整回路を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第2抵抗の前記他端がハイインピーダンスとなるように、または、前記第2抵抗の前記他端と前記車両側アース線との間の電圧が値0となるように、前記電圧調整回路を制御している場合において、前記第2端子の電圧から前記車両側アース線の電圧を減じた電圧差が負の所定値であるときには、前記アース用端子に前記車両側アース線と前記設備側アース線とを接続できない異常が生じていると判定する、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (3)
- 蓄電装置と、外部充電設備のコネクタが接続されている状態で前記外部充電設備からの電力を前記蓄電装置へ供給するインレットと、を備える車両に搭載され、
前記外部充電設備の前記コネクタと前記インレットとが接続されている状態で行なわれる前記外部充電設備からの電力による前記蓄電装置への充電の状態を管理する充電管理装置であって、
前記外部充電設備は、前記コネクタに、所定電圧が印加される電力線と、前記外部充電設備を接地する設備側アース線と、前記電力線と前記設備側アース線とに接続された第1抵抗と、を内蔵し、
前記車両は、前記インレットに、前記コネクタが接続されている状態で車体を接地する車両側アース線と前記設備側アース線とを接続するアース用端子と、前記コネクタが接続されている状態で前記車両側アース線と前記電力線とを接続する第1端子と、前記コネクタが接続されている状態で前記設備側アース線に接続される第2端子と、を内蔵し、
前記充電管理装置は、更に、
一端が前記第2端子に接続される第2抵抗と、
前記第2抵抗の前記他端と前記車両側アース線との間の電圧を調整する電圧調整回路と、
前記電圧調整回路を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第2抵抗の前記他端がハイインピーダンスとなるように、または、前記第2抵抗の前記他端と前記車両側アース線との間の電圧が値0となるように前記電圧調整回路を制御している場合において、前記第2端子の電圧から前記車両側アース線の電圧を減じた電圧差が負の所定値であるときには、前記アース用端子に前記車両側アース線と前記設備側アース線とを接続できない異常が生じていると判定する、
充電管理装置。 - 請求項1記載の充電管理装置であって、
前記電圧差が前記負の所定値であるときに検出信号を出力する負電圧検出回路、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記検出信号が入力されたときに、前記アース用端子に前記車両側アース線と前記設備側アース線とを接続できない異常が生じていると判定する、
充電管理装置。 - 請求項2記載の充電管理装置であって、
前記負電圧検出回路は、
前記第2端子にカソードが接続されたダイオードと、
正極が前記ダイオードのアノードに接続され負極が前記車両側アース線に接続された直流電源と、
を有する、
充電管理装置。
