Description

Claims (8)
- 流体殺菌システムであって、
前記システムによる殺菌のために流路に沿って流体を供給するように流体源に作動接続する入口と、
前記流路に沿って前記入口と流体連通した加熱部であって、所望レベルの殺菌を実現するためにその中の加圧流体を温度、圧力及び滞留時間の所定閾値を超えるまで加熱する加熱部と、
前記加熱部に入る前に流体を予熱するために前記流路に沿って前記入口と前記加熱部との間に流体連通されて配置された第1経路と、前記流路に沿ったシステム出口を出る前に前記加熱部の流出物を冷却するために前記加熱部と前記システム出口との間に配置された第2経路と、を有する熱交換器であって、前記熱交換器の前記第1経路及び前記第2経路は熱エネルギーをその間に通すように構成される、熱交換器と、
前記流路に沿って配置された複数の弁であって、前記入口の下流であって前記熱交換器の前記第1経路の上流に位置する第1弁と、前記熱交換器の前記第1経路の下流であって前記加熱部の上流に位置する第2弁と、その中を通る流体流量の比例制御のために構成された前記流路に沿って配置された第3弁と、を含む複数の弁と、
前記流路に沿って配置された複数のセンサであって、(a)前記加熱部の下流であって前記熱交換器の前記第2経路の上流の前記流路上に配置された温度センサと、(b)圧力センサと、を含む複数のセンサと、
測定結果を前記複数のセンサから受信するために前記複数のセンサと作動可能に連通するディジタル制御装置であって、前記加熱部を含む前記システムのいかなる部分内の固定温度又は固定圧力を維持する必要無しに前記所望レベルの殺菌を実現するために圧力及び温度の所定範囲にわたって所定圧力及び温度プロファイルを確実にするために前記システムを通る流れを制御するために少なくとも前記第3弁を作動制御するディジタル制御装置と、を含む流体殺菌システム。 - 前記第1弁は、一方向流れのために構成された逆止弁である、請求項1に記載の流体殺菌システム。
- 前記第2弁は、一方向流れのために構成された逆止弁である、請求項1に記載の流体殺菌システム。
- 前記第3弁は比例制御弁である、請求項1に記載の流体殺菌システム。
- 前記圧力センサは前記加熱部の上流に配置される、請求項1に記載の流体殺菌システム。
- 前記圧力センサは前記加熱部の下流に位置する、請求項1に記載の流体殺菌システム。
- 前記第3弁の上流の前記流路上に配置された流量計をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の流体殺菌システム。
- 前記第3弁は前記熱交換器の前記第2経路の下流に位置する、請求項1に記載の流体殺菌システム。
