Abstract
Se proporciona un sistema y método de esterilización de fluidos, que incorpora una sección de calentamiento para calentar el fluido presurizado por encima de los umbrales prescritos de temperatura, presión y duración (por ejemplo, tiempo de permanencia) para lograr los niveles deseados de esterilización incluyendo un intercambiador de calor tanto para (a) precalentar el fluido antes de entrar en la sección de calentamiento como (b) enfriar el desagüe del aparato de calentamiento, en el cual el fluido viaja a través del aparato haciendo funcionar las válvulas hacia delante y hacia atrás de la sección de calentamiento en una secuencia controlada para facilitar el flujo a través del sistema mientras se mantienen los perfiles de presión y temperatura para alcanzar el nivel deseado de esterilización sin necesidad de mantener una temperatura fija o una presión fija dentro de cualquier parte del sistema, incluida la sección de calentamiento.
