- 前記段部の内径寸法以下の外径寸法を有し、前記ボールねじ軸の軸方向他側部分の周囲に配置されており、前記段部の内周面に当接または近接対向させた外周面を備えた、バンプストッパを有する、請求項1または2に記載の懸架装置。
- 前記バンプストッパの軸方向他側部分に内嵌されたストッパホルダを備え、
前記ストッパホルダが、前記段部と前記軸受ユニットの軸方向片側の側面との間に挟持された円輪部と、前記円輪部の径方向内側の端部から軸方向片側に向けて折れ曲がり、前記バンプストッパの軸方向他側部分に内嵌された円筒部とを有する、請求項3に記載の懸架装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の懸架装置の組立方法であって、
前記ボールねじ軸の軸方向片側部分の周囲に、前記ボールのそれぞれと前記ボールナットとを配置し、かつ、前記ボールナットに前記インナチューブを結合固定するとともに、前記ボールねじ軸の軸方向他側部分の周囲に、前記軸受ユニットを外嵌固定することにより中間組立体を得た後、前記中間組立体を前記アッパシェルの内側に、前記中間組立体の軸方向片側の端部を先頭にして前記アッパシェルの軸方向他側の開口から挿入し、前記ボールナットおよび前記インナチューブを前記段部の径方向内側を通過させ、前記ボールねじ軸に外嵌固定された前記軸受ユニットの前記径方向外側部分の前記軸方向片側の側面を、前記段部の前記軸方向他側の側面に直接または他の部材を介して突き当てることで、前記アッパシェルに対する前記ボールねじ軸の軸方向の位置決めを図る工程を備える、
