Description
Claims (10)
- 使い捨て容器を測定機器へ結合するためのセンサーコネクタであって、前記コネクタは、
実質的に円筒形の側壁を有し、前記実質的に円筒形の側壁は、外面上に配置された少なくとも1つのホース返し部を有し、前記少なくとも1つのホース返し部は、使い捨て容器に取り付けられた管類を受け入れて保持するように構成される、コネクタ領域、及び
前記コネクタ領域に対してシールされ且つ前記測定機器と媒体サンプルに接触するように構成された撓み可能なダイアフラムであって、前記実質的に円筒形の側壁の少なくとも一部の内面に沿って延在している部分を有する、前記撓み可能なダイアフラム、
を含んでいる、
上記センサーコネクタ。 - 前記測定機器は、前記撓み可能なダイアフラムの撓みに基づいて前記媒体サンプルの圧力を測定するように構成された圧力センサーを含んでいる、請求項1に記載のセンサーコネクタ。
- 前記撓み可能なダイアフラムは、シリコーンゴム、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、デュロメータウレタン、ナイロン、及びポリエチレンテレフタレートからなるグループから選択される材料を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のセンサーコネクタ。
- 前記測定機器は、クランプ機構を介して前記コネクタに結合するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のセンサーコネクタ。
- 前記コネクタ領域は、ステンレス鋼、プラスチック、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、及びポリフッ化ビニリデンからなるグループから選択された材料で形成されている、請求項1に記載のセンサーコネクタ。
- 前記コネクタ領域は、前記撓み可能なダイアフラムを前記コネクタ領域と位置合わせするために、前記撓み可能なダイアフラムを受け取るように構成された表面形状を有するフランジを含んでいる、請求項1に記載のセンサーコネクタ。
- 前記撓み可能なダイアフラムは、前記撓み可能なダイアフラムと前記コネクタ領域とが単回の永続的な嵌合を形成するように、前記コネクタ領域上にオーバーモールドされている、請求項6に記載のセンサーコネクタ。
- 前記撓み可能なダイアフラムは、前記コネクタ領域の前記フランジに沿ってオーバーモールドされている、請求項7に記載のセンサーコネクタ。
- 前記撓み可能なダイアフラムに結合され、且つ前記コネクタ領域の内部開口部を裏打ちする可撓性材料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のセンサーコネクタ。
- 前記可撓性材料は、前記コネクタ領域の外面上のホース返し部を覆って延在する、請求項9に記載のセンサーコネクタ。
