Claims (7)
- 患者の歯をリポジショニングするのに用いる歯科器具を作製する方法であって、前記歯科器具は咀嚼中に装着されるように適合され、前記方法は、
前記患者の歯列弓の歯を受け入れるように構成され、咬合力による負荷の下でも変形しない剛性を有し、歯列矯正が必要な前記歯列弓の少なくとも1つの第1の歯を収容すると共に前記第1の歯を最初の歯の配列から目標の歯の配列へ移動させることのできるスペースを有する少なくとも1つの第1のキャビティを備える硬質殻体を形成する工程と、
前記硬質殻体の前記第1のキャビティ内に、前記目標の歯の配列中の前記第1の歯に合った受け入れ形状を有する少なくとも1つの弾性部材を形成する工程と、
を含み、
前記第1の歯は前記弾性部材を変形させ、変形した前記弾性部材が元の形状に戻ろうとするとき、前記弾性部材の弾性のある復元力は前記第1の歯を移動させるのに十分ではなく、咬合力による負荷の下、前記第1の歯は移動し始め、前記弾性部材の前記弾性のある復元力は前記第1の歯を前記最初の歯の配列から前記目標の歯の配列へ案内する方法。 - 前記硬質殻体を成形して、前記硬質殻体の咬合面に咬頭形体および窩形体を形成する工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硬質殻体を成形して、前記硬質殻体の頬側面に犬歯保護形体を形成する工程をさらに含み、前記犬歯保護形体がそれぞれその舌側に案内面を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 患者の歯をリポジショニングするのに用いる歯科器具であって、前記歯科器具は咀嚼中に装着されるように適合され、前記歯科器具は、
前記患者の歯列弓の歯を受け入れるように構成されており、咬合力による負荷の下でも変形しない剛性を有し、歯列矯正が必要な前記歯列弓の少なくとも1つの第1の歯を収容すると共に前記第1の歯を最初の歯の配列から目標の歯の配列へ移動させることのできるスペースを有する少なくとも1つの第1のキャビティを備える硬質殻体と、
前記第1のキャビティ内に形成され、かつ前記目標の歯の配列中の前記第1の歯に合った受け入れ形状を有する少なくとも1つの弾性部材と、
を含み、
前記第1の歯は前記弾性部材を変形させ、変形した前記弾性部材が元の形状に戻ろうとするとき、前記弾性部材の弾性のある復元力は前記第1の歯を移動させるのに十分ではなく、咬合力による負荷の下、前記第1の歯は移動し始め、前記弾性部材の前記弾性のある復元力は前記第1の歯を前記最初の歯の配列から前記目標の歯の配列へ案内する歯科器具。 - 前記硬質殻体が、歯列矯正または移動が必要ない前記歯列弓の少なくとも1つの第2の歯の形状に合った少なくとも1つの第2のキャビティをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の歯科器具。
- 前記硬質殻体が、その咬合面に咬頭形体および窩形体をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の歯科器具。
- 前記硬質殻体が、前記硬質殻体の頬側面に犬歯保護形体をさらに含み、かつ前記犬歯保護形体はそれぞれその舌側に案内面を有する、請求項4記載の歯科器具。
