貯蔵容器と混合ヘッドとの間に上記のような回路を介さずに、ドイツ特許出願公開第2914684号公報には、2つの反応性粘性媒体を連続的に混合及び定量する方法が既に記載されているが、上記のような回路は具備していない。米国特許第3765605号公報はまた、ポリウレタンフォームの成分のような互いに反応する2つの流体を、流体を別々にポンプで送液して最後でのみ混合する装置によって一緒に混合して基板上に排出する、対応する装置を記載している。ポンプを対向関係に再編成し、複動式流体モータなどの定圧モータで駆動することで、補正効果が生まれ、ストローク動作が反転したときの圧力変動を効果的に低減することができる。

Claims (12)
- それぞれが第1の混合成分を受け入れて定量的に注出するように設計された第1の定量ユニット(120)と第2の定量ユニット(130)とを備えた第1の定量装置(110)と、
第2の混合成分を受け入れて定量的に注出するように設計された第2の定量装置(140)と、
前記第1の定量装置(110)の前記第1の定量ユニット(120)および/または前記第2の定量ユニット(130)によって注出された前記第1の混合成分と、前記第2の定量装置(140)によって注出された前記第2の混合成分とを受け入れて混合するように設計された混合装置(150)と、
を具備し、
前記混合工程を開始する前に、前記第1の定量ユニット(120)から前記第2の定量ユニット(130)に前記混合装置(150)を介して前記第1の混合成分を導入することで前記第1の混合成分を前記混合工程に必要な圧力、前記混合工程に必要な温度、および/または前記混合工程に必要な粘度とすることができるように、前記第1の定量ユニット(120)および前記第2の定量ユニット(130)が前記混合装置(150)に接続されていることを特徴とする、
反応プラスチックを製造するための装置(100)。 - さらに、
貯蔵容器(165)を有し、前記第1の定量ユニット(120)および/または前記第2の定量ユニット(130)に前記第1の混合成分を選択的に供給するのに適した、注出装置(160)を備え、
前記第1の混合成分は、前記第1の定量ユニット(120)および/または前記第2の定量ユニット(130)に供給された後、前記注出装置(160)に再び導入されることなく、前記混合装置(150)において前記第2の混合成分と混合される、
請求項1に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記混合装置(150)は制御手段(155)を有し、当該制御手段は、第1の混合成分と第2の混合成分との混合を阻止し、前記第1の定量ユニット(120)から前記混合装置(150)を介した前記第2の定量ユニット(130)までのラインにおいて当該制御手段に前記第1の混合成分を導入するように設計されており、
前記制御手段(155)は、第1の混合成分と第2の混合成分との混合を可能にし、前記第1の定量ユニット(120)から前記混合装置(150)を介して前記第2の定量ユニット(130)に至る前記混合装置(150)内のラインを当該制御手段で遮断するように設計されている、
請求項1または2に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記制御手段(155)は、循環溝を有する制御ピストンを有し、
前記制御ピストンは第1の位置において、前記第1の混合成分および前記第2の混合成分の混合室への進入を可能にし、
前記制御ピストンが第2の位置にある場合に、前記第1の混合成分を、前記循環溝を介して前記第1の定量ユニット(120)から前記第2の定量ユニット(130)へ導入可能である、
請求項3に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記第1の定量ユニット(120)は第1の容器を有し
前記第2の定量ユニット(130)は第2の容器を有し、
前記第1の混合成分が前記混合工程に必要な圧力、前記混合工程に必要な温度、および/または前記混合工程に必要な粘度に到達するように、前記混合を開始する前に、前記第1の混合成分を前記第1の容器から前記第2の容器に押し込み可能である、
先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記第1の定量装置(110)は、前記混合の開始後、前記第1の定量ユニット(120)および前記第2の定量ユニット(130)を介して交互にまたは両方から、前記第1の混合成分を前記混合装置に注出するのに適している、

前記第2の定量ユニット(130)は、第3のバルブ(132)を介して前記供給ライン(157)に接続され、第4のバルブ(134)を介して前記排出口(159)に接続されており、
前記各バルブ(122、124、132、134)は、互いに独立して開閉可能である、
先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記第1の定量ユニット(120)および/または前記第2の定量ユニット(130)で受け入れ可能な前記第1の混合成分の体積は、前記第1の定量ユニット(120)からおよび/または前記第2の定量ユニット(130)から前記混合装置(150)につながるラインを介して受け入れ可能な前記第1の混合成分の体積よりも大きい、
