Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る反応装置100の構成の一部を示す概略断面図である。反応装置100は、熱交換型であり、反応体としての反応原料を含んだ気体又は液体の反応流体を加熱又は冷却することで、反応体の反応を進行させる。反応装置100は、本体部としての熱交換部101に加え、反応流体導入部150及び生成物排出部と、熱媒体導入部及び熱媒体排出部とを備える。ここで、本実施形態に係る流体分散装置を以下で詳説するに際し、理解を容易とするために、熱交換部101及び反応流体導入部150を拡大して図示し、その他の流体導入部及び流体排出部については不図示とする。
図2は、本発明の一実施形態に係る流体分散装置1の構成を示す図である。特に、図2(a)は、流体分散装置1の外観を示す斜視図であり、図2(b)は、側面図である。流体分散装置1は、ある方向から流れてきた流体を分散させることで、流体の進行方向を変化させる。本実施形態では、流体分散装置1は、上記の導入配管150bに設置され、導入配管150b内を流れてきた反応流体を反応流体導入部150の空間S内で所望の方向に分散させる。流体分散装置1は、第1壁部2と、第2壁部3と、支持部4とを有する。
上記説明では、流体分散装置1を構成する第2壁部3の形状として、少なくとも1つの環状部材を含む場合を例示した。しかし、本発明は、これに限らず、環状部材に代えて、例えば螺旋状部材を含むものであってもよい。

Claims (5)
- 第1方向に延伸する軸を中心軸とする管状の第1壁部と、
前記第1壁部から下流側に空間を隔てて離間する第2壁部と、
前記第2壁部を支持する棒状の支持部材と、を有し、
前記第2壁部は、前記第1壁部の内部空間を流れてきた流体を衝突させる平面を有する少なくとも1つの環状部材及び円板状部材を含み、
前記円板状部材は、前記環状部材から下流側に空間を隔てて離間し、
前記棒状の支持部材は、一端が前記第1壁部の下流側外周縁部に固定され、他端が前記円板状部材の外周縁部に固定され、前記一端と前記他端との間の領域の少なくとも一部が前記環状部材の外周縁部に固定されることで、前記第1壁部の下流側で前記環状部材を支持し、
前記第2壁部のうち、前記棒状の支持部材と、前記第1壁部の下流側外周縁部と、前記環状部材の外周縁部と、で囲まれた領域の全ては、前記流体を流通させるように開口され、
前記第2壁部のうち、前記棒状の支持部材と、前記環状部材の外周縁部と、前記円板状部材の外周縁部と、で囲まれた領域の全ては、前記流体を流通させるように開口され、
前記環状部材の外径は、前記第2壁部から空間を隔てて離間する前記第1壁部の内径よりも小さく、
前記環状部材から空間を隔てて離間する前記円板状部材の外径は、直近の前記環状部材の外径と同一又はそれよりも小さく、
前記第1壁部は、被設置部である配管に固定可能となるように、前記配管の内壁面に接触する外壁面を有する、
流体分散装置。 - 前記環状部材は、第1外径及び第1内径を有する第1の環状部材と、
第2外径及び第2内径を有し、前記第1の環状部材から前記第1方向の下流側へ空間を隔てて離間する第2の環状部材と、を含み、
前記第1外径は、前記第2壁部から空間を隔てて離間する前記第1壁部の内径よりも小さく、
前記第2外径は、前記第1外径よりも小さく、
前記第2内径は、前記第1内径と同一又はそれよりも小さい、
請求項1に記載の流体分散装置。 - 第1方向に延伸する軸を中心軸とする管状の第1壁部と、
前記第1壁部から下流側に離間する第2壁部と、
前記第2壁部を支持する支持部材と、を有し、
前記第2壁部は、前記第1壁部の内部空間を流れてきた流体を衝突させる平面を有する環状部材及び円板状部材を含み、
前記環状部材は、前記中心軸を基準として周を描きながら上流側から下流側に向かうにつれて、外径及び内径が小さくなる形状を有し、
前記円板状部材は、前記環状部材よりも下流側にあり、
前記支持部材は、一端が前記第1壁部に固定され、他端が前記円板状部材に固定され、前記一端と前記他端との間の領域の少なくとも一部が前記環状部材に固定されることで、前記第1壁部の下流側で前記環状部材を支持する、
流体分散装置。 - 前記第1壁部は、被設置部である配管に固定可能となるように、前記配管の内壁面に接触する外壁面を有する請求項3に記載の流体分散装置。
- 第1流体と第2流体との熱交換を利用する熱処理装置であって、
前記第1流体を流通させる複数の第1流路を含む第1伝熱体と、前記第2流体を流通させる複数の第2流路を含む第2伝熱体とが積層された熱交換部と、
前記熱交換部における前記複数の第1流路の開口が開放されている面を開放面とした空間を有し、外部から導入された前記第1流体を前記複数の第1流路に導入させる流体導入部と、を備え、
前記流体導入部は、外部から導入された前記第1流体を前記空間に分散させる請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の流体分散装置を有する、
熱処理装置。
