Description
例1(比較例):トレイが平らでないことをシミュレートするために、2つの同一の煙突AとBが11インチ(27.94cm)径のテストセルに取り付けられ、煙突Aは煙突Bよりもほぼ0.25インチ(0.635cm)低くなっている。煙突は、ほぼ6インチ(15.24cm)離されている。各煙突の径は2.5インチ(6.35cm)である。0.5インチ(1.27cm)径の2つの側部開口が煙突AとBのそれぞれの底部から1.0インチ(2.54cm)上方に設けられる。各煙突の高さは、6.5インチ(16.51cm)である。1分あたり2.6ガロン(GPM)の流量の水と、1分あたり8標準立方フィートの流量の空気が、下降流触媒反応器における条件をシミュレートするために使われる。水は、側部開口を通って煙突に入り、ガスは、頂部開口を通って入ってくる。液体の流量は、煙突の各々を通って測定される。煙突Aは、58.5%の流量を有し、煙突Bは、41.5%の流量を有する。

Claims (19)
- 触媒反応器において多相流体を粒状固体に分配するための流れ分配装置において、
円筒形混合キャビティにガス相を導入する円筒形ガス導管であって、前記混合キャビティは前記ガス導管の半径よりも大きな半径を有し、前記ガス導管は、前記流れ分配装置の頂部壁部の中央に配置されたガス入口開口から下方のガス導管開口を通って前記混合キャビティに延び、前記ガス導管開口は、前記混合キャビティへと液体相を導入するための液体導管の下限よりも低くないように位置決めされているガス導管と、
前記流れ分配装置から出る液体およびガス相を加速し分散させる多相ノズルであって、前記混合キャビティと固定連結され同軸整合されるノズル入口を有する多相ノズルと
を有する流れ分配装置。 - 前記ガス導管が円筒形である、請求項1に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記ガス導管が垂直方向に向いている、請求項1に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記ガス導管開口が、前記液体導管の下限と上限の間の水平面上にある、請求項1に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記ガス導管開口が、前記液体導管の上限よりも低くない水平面上にある、請求項1に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記多相ノズルが、出口としての底部開口を更に含む、請求項1に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記頂部壁部が、円筒形外壁と流体密封連結しており、また前記頂部壁部の中央に配置された前記ガス入口開口を有している、請求項1に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記多相ノズルが、前記混合キャビティを流体連結するノズル入口を有している、請求項1に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記1又は複数のガス入口の直径が、0.254cm(0.1インチ)から2.54cm(1.0インチ)の範囲内である、請求項6に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記1又は複数のガス入口の直径が、0.762cm(0.3インチ)から1.778cm(0.7インチ)の範囲内である、請求項6に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記1又は複数の側部入口の直径が、0.508cm(0.2インチ)から1.905cm(0.75インチ)の範囲内である、請求項6に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記外壁の直径が、2.54cm(1インチ)から10.16cm(4インチ)の範囲内である、請求項7に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記底部開口の直径が、前記多相ノズルの直径よりも大きい、請求項6に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記多相ノズルの傾斜が、前記多相ノズル開口を2分する平面から測定して、30度から60度の間である、請求項8に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記多相ノズルが、傾斜した内壁を更に有している、請求項1に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記内壁の傾斜が、前記多相ノズル開口を2分する平面から測定して、30度から60度の間である、請求項15に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 前記触媒反応器の分配装置トレイ内に配置されるように適合された煙突であって、内部に前記流れ分配装置を受け入れるようになされた煙突を更に備える、請求項1に記載の流れ分配装置。
- 粒状固体触媒材料の少なくとも1つの触媒床上に、少なくとも1つのガス相と少なくとも1つの液相を有する下方流多相混合物を分配するための、少なくとも1つの煙突を有する分配トレイであって、前記煙突は、該煙突に挿入することによって後から取り付けられる1つの流れ分配装置を有している分配トレイにおいて、
前記流れ分配装置が、
