Description
一フラップストッパ121は音が小さくなるように設計され、第一ショックアブソーバが例えばゴムクッションのような弾性体のクッションによって構成することができる。
Claims (9)
- 減衰液が充填されたシリンダ(14)と、
前記シリンダ(14)の軸方向に沿って導入して、挿入し、引き抜くことが可能なピストンロッド(12)と、
前記ピストンロッド(12)上に配置され、前記シリンダ(14)の内壁(14c)に接触するピストン(28)と、を有する減衰ユニットであり、
前記シリンダ(14)は第二軸方向部分(B)を有し、前記第二軸方向部分(B)の中の前記シリンダ(14)の前記内壁(14c)が外側に向かってカーブした辺と丸くなった隅部を有する多角形からなる形状の断面を有する減衰ユニット。 - 前記ピストン(28)は軸方向から見て前記多角形の内接円に概ね一致する略円の外周を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰ユニット。
- 前記ピストン(28)は第一軸方向部分(A)を有し、軸方向から見ると略円の外周を有し、前記シリンダ(14)は第一軸方向部分(A)を有し、前記第一軸方向部分(A)の中の前記シリンダの前記内壁(14c)が前記ピストンと略同一の外周の円断面を有し、前記シリンダ(14)は前記第二軸方向部分(B)を有し、前記第二軸方向部分(B)の中の前記シリンダ(14)の前記内壁(14c)が外側に向かってカーブした辺と丸くなった隅部を有する多角形からなる形状の断面を有する多角形の形状の断面を有し、さらに前記ピストンの前記外周は前記多角形の前記内接円と概ね一致することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の減衰ユニット。
- 前記多角形は三角形であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の減衰ユニット。
- 前記第一軸方向部分(A)では、前記シリンダ(14)の前記内壁(14c)は、前記第一軸方向部分(A)の少なくとも一部にわたる少なくとも一つの溝を含むことを特徴とする請求項3または請求項3を引用する請求項4に記載の減衰ユニット。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の減衰ユニット(10)を有する自動車のフラップ用減衰構造であって、前記フラップの閉止速度が所定の閾値より小さいときは第一減衰力がはたらき、前記フラップの閉止速度が前記所定の閾値より大きいときは前記第一減衰力より大きい第二減衰力がはたらく自動車のフラップ用の減衰構造。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の減衰ユニット(10)を有する請求項6に記載の自動車のフラップ用減衰構造であって、所定の閉止経路を過ぎた後の閉止動作では、前記第一減衰力および前記第二減衰力のいずれよりも小さい第三減衰力がはたらく自動車のフラップ用の減衰構造。
- 請求項6または請求項7に記載の自動車のフラップ用の減衰構造であって前記ピストンロッド(12)の前記ピストンと反対側の端部にはフラップストッパ(121)があり、前記フラップが閉止している時に、前記フラップストッパ(121)は前記フラップと接触し、前記フラップが、前記ピストン(12)が前記シリンダ(14)の中に入っていく挿入方向に軸方向の力を前記フラップストッパ(121)に伝達する自動車のフラップ用の減衰構造。
- 自動車のフレーム(110)と、
前記フレームに取り付けられ、開位置と閉位置の間を移動可能なフラップと、
請求項8にかかる減衰構造(10)と、を有し、
前記減衰構造(10)の前記シリンダ(14)は、前記フレーム(110)に固定され、
前記フラップは実質的に前記減衰構造と切り離された状態で前記開位置から第一部分経路にわたって動いて、前記フラップが前記フラップストッパ(121)に当たることができ、
さらに前記フラップは第二部分経路にわたって動いて、閉位置に入り、前記ピストンロッド(12)を押圧して前記シリンダ(14)の中に入れることができるフラップ構造。
