Claims (14)
- 生体インピーダンスの変動を計測することによって動脈の容積脈波を測定する脈波測定装置であって、
生体に装着が可能な電極ユニットと、
一対の電流印加用電極および一対の電圧計測用電極を含み、生体に装着が可能な脈波測定ユニットとを備え、
前記電極ユニットは、互いに表裏の関係にある第1主面および第2主面を有するシート状の絶縁性の基材と、前記第1主面に設けられた複数の測定用電極と、前記第2主面に設けられ、前記複数の測定用電極と電気的に1対1に接続された複数の中継用電極と、当該電極ユニットが生体の体表面に貼付けられた貼付け状態を維持するための粘着剤層とを含み、
前記脈波測定ユニットは、前記貼付け状態において前記電極ユニットを覆うように生体に巻付けが可能なベルト部材を含み、
前記ベルト部材が前記電極ユニットを覆うように生体に巻付けられた巻付け状態において、前記一対の電流印加用電極および前記一対の電圧計測用電極のそれぞれが前記複数の中継用電極のいずれか1つと接触するように、前記一対の電流印加用電極および前記一対の電圧計測用電極が、前記ベルト部材の内周面に設けられており、
前記ベルト部材は、前記巻付け状態において前記ベルト部材の周方向に沿って設けられた第1カフと、前記巻付け状態において前記一対の電流印加用電極および前記一対の電圧計測用電極が設けられた領域に対応する領域を押圧可能に設けられた第2カフと、を含む、脈波測定装置。 - 前記複数の中継用電極の各々の大きさは、前記複数の測定用電極の各々の大きさよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の脈波測定装置。
- 前記複数の測定用電極は、列状に並んで配置され、
前記複数の中継用電極は、前記複数の測定用電極が並ぶ方向と平行な方向に並んで配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の脈波測定装置。 - 前記複数の中継用電極および前記複数の測定用電極は、前記基材についての平面視において、電気的に接続された電極同士が互いに重なる位置に設けられている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の脈波測定装置。
- 前記複数の中継用電極は、行列状に配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の脈波測定装置。
- 前記電極ユニットは、前記複数の中継用電極のそれぞれを前記複数の測定用電極に接続する複数の配線部をさらに含み、
前記基材は、おもて面および裏面を有する絶縁性シート部材を前記裏面同士が対向するように折り返して構成されており、
前記絶縁性シート部材の前記おもて面に前記複数の測定用電極、前記複数の中継用電極および前記複数の配線部が形成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の脈波測定装置。 - 前記ベルト部材は、前記巻付け状態において前記周方向となる長さ方向、および前記長さ方向に直交する幅方向を有し、
前記幅方向における前記一対の電流印加用電極および前記一対の電圧計測用電極の幅は、前記幅方向における前記中継用電極の幅よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の脈波測定装置。 - 前記長さ方向における前記一対の電流印加用電極および前記一対の電圧計測用電極の長さは、前記長さ方向における前記複数の中継用電極の長さよりも短い、請求項7に記載の脈波測定装置。
- 前記複数の中継用電極は、行列状に配置され、
前記一対の電流印加用電極および前記一対の電圧計測用電極は、行列状に配置される、請求項8に記載の脈波測定装置。 - 前記長さ方向における前記一対の電流印加用電極および前記一対の電圧計測用電極の長さは、前記長さ方向における前記複数の中継用電極の長さよりも長い、請求項7または8に記載の脈波測定装置。
- 生体インピーダンスの変動を計測することによって動脈の容積脈波を測定するために生体に装着可能に構成された脈波測定ユニットであって、
一対の電流印加用電極および一対の電圧計測用電極と、
生体の体表面に貼付け可能に構成されかつシート状の絶縁性の基材の表裏面に複数の測定用電極および当該複数の測定用電極と電気的に1対1に接続された複数の中継用電極が設けられた電極ユニットが生体の体表面に貼付けられた状態で、電極ユニットを覆うように生体に巻付けが可能なベルト部材と、を備え、
前記ベルト部材が電極ユニットを覆うように生体に巻付けられた巻付け状態において、前記一対の電流印加用電極および前記一対の電圧計測用電極のそれぞれが複数の中継用電極のいずれか1つと接触するように、前記一対の電流印加用電極および前記一対の電圧計測用電極が、前記ベルト部材の内周面に設けられており、
前記ベルト部材は、前記巻付け状態において前記ベルト部材の周方向に沿って設けられた第1カフと、前記巻付け状態において前記一対の電流印加用電極および前記一対の電圧計測用電極が設けられた領域に対応する領域を押圧可能に設けられた第2カフと、を含む、脈波測定ユニット。 - 前記ベルト部材は、前記巻付け状態において前記周方向となる長さ方向と、当該長さ方向に直交する幅方向を有し、
前記一対の電流印加用電極および前記一対の電圧計測用電極は、前記幅方向に並んで配置されている、請求項11に記載の脈波測定ユニット。 - 前記一対の電流印加用電極および前記一対の電圧計測用電極は、前記長さ方向において前記ベルト部材の一端側から他端側にかけて延在する、請求項12に記載の脈波測定ユニット。
