Description
本実施形態では、培養液中で対象物を培養する培養装置100について説明する。なお、対象物としてボツリオコッカス、スピルリナ等の微細藻類(藻類)を例に挙げて説明する。また、藻類は、野生株であってもよいし、遺伝子組み換えや、突然変異を誘発させることによって粒径を肥大化させた変異株であってもよい。

Claims (8)
- 対象物が懸濁された培養液である対象物液を貯留する培養槽と、
一端側が他端側より鉛直上方となるように配された本体部と、前記本体部の表面から裏面まで貫通し、前記対象物の粒径未満の幅を有する複数の貫通孔と、を有する金属製のスクリーンと、
前記培養槽に貯留された対象物液を、前記本体部の表面に噴射する噴射部と、
前記本体部の裏面を囲繞し、前記貫通孔を通過した培養液を収容する収容部と、
前記収容部内の下部に設けられ、前記培養液を貯留する貯液部と、
前記収容部内に設けられ、前記貫通孔を通過した培養液を前記貯液部に案内する案内板と、
少なくとも前記案内板に設けられ、紫外線を照射する紫外線照射部と、
前記収容部内の培養液を前記培養槽に返送する返送部と、
を備える培養装置。 - 前記紫外線照射部は、前記本体部の裏面に設けられる請求項1に記載の培養装置。
- 前記貫通孔を通過した培養液の濁度を測定する濁度測定部と、
測定された前記濁度に基づいて、前記紫外線照射部を制御する照射制御部と、
を備える請求項1または2に記載の培養装置。 - 前記紫外線照射部は、太陽光をエネルギー源として発電する発電装置が生成した電力で紫外線を照射する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の培養装置。
- 前記収容部に酸化促進剤を供給する酸化促進剤供給部を備える請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の培養装置。
- 前記培養液には、前記対象物の培養に必要な物質である培養成分が複数含まれており、
互いに異なる前記培養成分が含まれる複数の成分液を、前記成分液ごとに貯留する複数の貯留部と、
前記収容部内の培養液に含まれる複数の培養成分それぞれの濃度を測定する濃度測定部と、
前記培養成分それぞれの濃度に基づいて、前記収容部内の培養液、または、前記収容部から前記培養槽に返送される培養液に、前記複数の貯留部から前記成分液を供給する供給部と、
を備える請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の培養装置。 - 水を貯留する貯水部を備え、
前記供給部は、前記培養成分それぞれの濃度に基づいて、前記貯水部から前記培養液に水を供給する請求項6に記載の培養装置。 - 前記複数の貯留部は、
前記培養成分としてリン酸を含む成分液を貯留するリン酸貯留部、および、前記培養成分として硫酸を含む成分液を貯留する硫酸貯留部のいずれか一方または両方と、
前記培養成分としてカルシウムを含む成分液を貯留するカルシウム貯留部、および、前記培養成分として鉄を含む成分液を貯留する鉄貯留部のいずれか一方または両方と、
を含む請求項6または7に記載の培養装置。
