Description
本実施形態では、藻類が懸濁された藻類液から藻類を分離した後、藻類を乾燥して、乾燥藻類を製造する藻類分離装置100について説明する。なお、藻類としてボツリオコッカスを例に挙げて説明する。また、ボツリオコッカスは、野生株であってもよいし、遺伝子組み換えや、突然変異を誘発させることによって粒径を肥大化させた変異株であってもよい。
続いて、藻類分離装置100を用いた乾燥藻類の製造方法について説明する。図4は、本実施形態にかかる乾燥藻類の製造方法の処理の流れを示すフローチャートである。
図5は、変形例にかかる藻類分離装置を説明するための図である。図5では、理解を容易にするために、スクリーンおよび噴射手段の一部を示す。また、図5においても、図3と同様に、藻類液をハッチングの矢印で、スリットを通過した液体を白抜きの矢印で、濃縮藻類液を黒い塗りつぶしで示す。

Claims (5)
- 一端側が他端側より鉛直上方に配され、表面側が凹みとなる湾曲形状である本体部と、該本体部の該表面から裏面まで貫通し、藻類の粒径未満の幅を有する複数の貫通孔と、を含む金属製のスクリーンと、
前記本体部の少なくとも一部の表面の面方向に交差する方向であって、該本体部の前記一端側から前記他端側に向かう方向に、該本体部の上方から、前記藻類が懸濁された藻類液を噴射する噴射手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする藻類分離装置。 - 前記スクリーンによって液体の一部が取り除かれた前記藻類液を、自然乾燥、風乾、および、排熱のいずれか1または複数で乾燥させる乾燥手段をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の藻類分離装置。
- 前記藻類は、ボツリオコッカスであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の藻類分離装置。
- 一端側が他端側より鉛直上方に配され、表面側が凹みとなる湾曲形状である本体部と、該本体部の該表面から裏面まで貫通し、藻類の粒径未満の幅を有する複数の貫通孔と、を含む金属製のスクリーンの該本体部の少なくとも一部の表面の面方向に交差する方向であって、該本体部の前記一端側から前記他端側に向かう方向に、該本体部の上方から、前記藻類が懸濁された藻類液を噴射する工程を含むことを特徴とする乾燥藻類の製造方法。
- 前記藻類液を噴射する工程を遂行することによって得られた、液体の一部が取り除かれた前記藻類液を、自然乾燥、風乾、および、排熱のいずれか1または複数で乾燥させる工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の乾燥藻類の製造方法。
