Description
以下、本発明の第一実施形態について、図1〜図10を用いて説明する。本実施形態にかかる卵の検査装置1は、重量などの物理的性状に応じて選別するための卵の選別システム(図示しない)の中で用いられるものである。
次に、本発明の第二実施形態について、図11〜図13を用いて説明する。第一の実施形態と比べて、照射部21及び撮像部41の配置が異なっている。なお、第一実施形態と同一またはこれに準ずる部分には同一の符号を付して、詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (1)
- 前後方向及び左右方向に並べられた卵に向けて光を照射する複数の照射部と、
前記光を透過させた卵を撮影する撮像部と、
この撮像部により撮影された画像に基づいて卵の表面状態を判定する判定部とを備える卵の検査装置であって、
前記各照射部は、前記複数の卵を複数のグループに分けて照射するものであり、
前記複数のグループのうち、一のグループに属する卵を照射する各照射部が点灯しているときに、一のグループに属する卵の前後左右に位置する他のグループに属する卵を照射する各照射部が消灯しているように制御され、
前記判定部は、前記画像に対して予め設定された検査領域内の卵の表面状態を判定するものであり、
前記一のグループに属する卵に対する前記検査領域と、前記他のグループに属する卵に対する前記検査領域が、別々に設定されていることを特徴とする卵の検査装置。
