Claims (13)
- 内燃機関(10)のための排ガス後処理システム(15)であって、
排ガス浄化装置(20、21)であって、そのハウジング(39)が、少なくとも1つのSCR触媒コンバータ(40)を受容するための反応チャンバと主消音器とを提供している、排ガス浄化装置(20、21)と、
前記排ガス浄化装置(20、21)の上流に配置された、還元剤の前駆物質を混合するための混合装置(18、19)であって、そのハウジング(27)が、混合チャンバと前消音器とを供給する混合装置(18、19)と、
を有し、
前記混合装置(18、19)は、内燃機関のSCR排ガス後処理システムのための混合装置(18、19)、すなわち、還元剤の前駆物質を排ガスと混合するための混合装置(18、19)であって、ハウジング(27)が設けられており、
前記ハウジング(27)は、混合チャンバと消音器とを提供しており、
前記ハウジング(27)は、流入側(28)に、排ガスを前記ハウジング(17)に導入することが可能である供給導管のための流入接続部(29)を有しており、
前記ハウジング(27)は、前記流入側(28)の向かい側の流出側(30)に、排ガス及び前記排ガスと混合された還元剤を前記ハウジング(27)から排出することが可能である排出導管のための流出接続部(31)を有しており、前記流入接続部(29)及び前記流出接続部(31)の長手軸(32、33)は、互いに対してオフセットされており、互いに対して平行に、又は、直角に延在しており、
前記ハウジング(27)は、前記還元剤の前駆物質を前記排ガスに導入するための導入装置(34)を受容しており、前記導入装置は、前記流入側(28)において、前記流出接続部(31)の前記長手軸(33)の領域に配置されており、
前記ハウジング(27)の前記流入側(28)と前記流出側(30)との間の前記ハウジング(27)の長さ、従って、前記混合チャンバの長さは、前記流入接続部(29)又は前記供給導管の直径の少なくとも1.9倍、かつ、最大で7倍であり、
前記ハウジング(27)の前記流入側(28)と前記流出側(30)との間に延在する前記ハウジング(27)の側壁(35、36)の間における前記ハウジング(27)の幅bは、前記流入接続部(29)又は前記供給導管の直径の最大で3倍であり、
前記主消音器が、境界値を下回る周波数を、前記混合装置(18、19)よりも良好に吸音すること、及び/又は、前記前消音器が、境界値よりも大きい周波数を、前記主消音器よりも良好に吸音することを特徴とする、排ガス後処理システム(15)。 - 前記前消音器の挿入損失が、前記主消音器の挿入損失の少なくとも10%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記混合装置(18、19)の前記ハウジング(27)の流入側と、1つ又は各SCR触媒コンバータ(40)の流入端面との間の間隔が、前記流入接続部(29)又は前記供給導管の直径の、少なくとも3倍であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記混合装置(18、19)と前記排ガス浄化装置(20、21)との間に延在する排ガス導管(25、26)が、方向転換を行わないことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記混合装置(18、19)と前記排ガス浄化装置(20、21)との間に延在する排ガス導管(25、26)が、最大で100°の方向転換を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- ターボチャージャと前記混合装置(18、19)との間に延在する排ガス導管(23、24)が、最大で180°の方向転換を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記ハウジング(27)の長さが、前記流入接続部(29)又は前記供給導管の直径の少なくとも2.2倍であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記ハウジング(27)の幅が、前記流入接続部(29)又は前記供給導管の直径の最大で2.5倍であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記流入接続部(29)又は前記供給導管の直径が、少なくとも160mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記流出接続部(31)又は前記排出導管の直径の大きさが、前記流出接続部(31)の領域における前記排ガスの流速が、最大で70m/秒になるように設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記ハウジング(27)の高さが、前記流入接続部(29)の長手軸(32)と前記流出接続部(31)の長手軸(33)とのオフセットが、前記流入接続部(29)又は前記供給導管の直径の少なくとも1倍になるように設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 前記ハウジングによって構成される消音器が、ヘルムホルツ共鳴器又はλ/4共鳴器又は吸収共鳴器又は反射消音器として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
- 穴又はスリットが設けられた管が、前記流入接続部(29)から、及び/又は、前記流出接続部(31)内へ入り込んで延在しており、それによって、前記流入接続部(29)の領域では、穴又はスリットが設けられた前記管を通じて、前記排ガスが前記ハウジング(27)に流入し、前記流出接続部(31)の領域では、対応する穴又はスリットが設けられた前記管を通じて、前記排ガスが前記ハウジングから流出すること、及び、それぞれ設けられた穴又はスリットの開口部の自由な横断面は、前記流入接続部(29)の自由な横断面の最大で20%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス後処理システム。
