Claims (10)
- ハウジングと、該ハウジング内に配置されたソレノイドと、該ソレノイドによって運動可能なピンと、該ピンの運動によって運動可能な閉鎖部材と、前記ハウジングに結合された第2のハウジング部分と、を備える弁であって、前記第2のハウジング部分が、当該弁の閉鎖された位置で前記閉鎖部材を取り囲むように配置されている、弁において、
前記第2のハウジング部分(13)の周面が開口(26)を有し、前記第2のハウジング部分(13)の、前記ハウジング(1)とは反対の側の端部が、全周にわたって延びるシール面(25)を有し、該シール面(25)は、当該弁の閉鎖対象である管路(4)の端面と接触しており、前記第2のハウジング部分(13)が、その内側にシールシート(24)を有しており、
前記ピン(7)が、前記閉鎖部材(20)を開放位置へ移動させる第1の連行体(18)と、前記閉鎖部材(20)を閉鎖位置に保持する第2の連行体(19)とを有しており、
当該弁の閉鎖された状態で、前記閉鎖部材(20)の円錐状の外周面が前記シールシート(24)の円錐状の内周面に接触していることを特徴とする弁。 - 前記閉鎖部材(20)が、前記ピン(7)に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の弁。
- 前記閉鎖部材(20)が、前記ピン(7)に直接に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の弁。
- 前記閉鎖部材(20)が、ホルダを介して前記ピン(7)に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 両連行体(18,19)は、いずれか一方の連行体(18,19)だけが前記閉鎖部材(20)と接触するように、軸方向に互いに間隔を置いて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記閉鎖部材(20)が、PTFEから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記閉鎖部材(20)が、少なくとも前記第2のハウジング部分(13)に設けられた前記シールシート(24)に対してオーバラップするように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記第2のハウジング部分(13)が、プラスチックから成り、前記シールシート(24)が、前記第2のハウジング部分(13)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記シールシート(24)が、前記第2のハウジング部分(13)に結合されている、別個の構成要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記第2のハウジング部分(13)に設けられた、全周にわたって延びる前記シール面が、PTFEまたはEPDMから成る、前記第2のハウジング部分(13)に結合されたシール部材(25)によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の弁。
