Claims (4)
- タンクに貯留した液相のLPG燃料をエンジンの冷却水の熱を用いて気相燃料に気化させるとともにこの気相燃料をLPG燃料通路から調圧機構を介して調圧室に流入させて所定圧力に調圧した気相燃料をインジェクタによりエンジンに供給するベーパライザにおいて、前記ベーパライザの前記調圧室内に配置した燃料圧力センサーにより圧力を検知して前記検知した圧力が記憶装置に記憶した閾値を超えて所定圧力以上に上昇したと判断したときに前記調圧機構が故障したことと判断して故障信号を発する安全モジュールを用いたベーパライザの燃料圧力監視システムであって、
エンジン停止後の所定時間内に前記ベーパライザの前記エンジンにおける冷却水の水温がエンジンの暖気が完了したと判断できる所定温度に達している場合に限って前記調圧機構の故障であると判断することを特徴とするベーパライザの燃料圧力監視システム。 - 前記調圧機構が調圧室内の圧力により変位するダイヤフラムと、前記ダイヤフラムを前記調圧室方向へ付勢するコイルスプリングと、弁レバーを介して前記ダイヤフラムに連動して前記LPG燃料通路と前記調圧室との間に配置した調圧バルブとからなる構成要素により形成され、前記各構成要素の不具合により調圧バルブが閉成不能に陥ることを前記調圧機構が故障することとしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のペーパライザの燃料圧力監視システム。
- 前記ベーパライザのエンジンにおける冷却水の水温が所定温度に達していない場合にはエンジン停止後に前記調圧室内の圧力を検知しないことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のベーパライザの燃料圧力監視システム。
- 前記エンジン停止後に、ベーパライザのエンジンにおける冷却水の水温が所定温度に達している場合に前記調圧機構の故障であると判断した場合にその判断を記憶装置に記憶してエンジンシステムへ電源を供給させないことを特徴とする請求項1,2または3記載のベーパライザの燃料圧力監視システム。
