Description
フラスコ内にアルロース反応液(T%=78.6)50重量%濃度/1Lを準備し、固形分基準で粉末状活性炭0.5重量%を混合した後、75℃で1時間、200rpmにて撹拌した。使用した粉末状活性炭を表1に示す。試料1〜4の活性炭の購入先は、Norit activated carbonであった。その後、パーライトろ過によって活性炭を除去し、脱色および微細物質の除去程度を把握するため、活性炭処理糖液のT%と濁度(720nm吸光度)を測定した。その結果を表3に示した。
フラスコ内にアルロース反応液(T%=78.6)50重量%濃度/1Lを準備し、固形分基準で粒子状活性炭0.5重量%を混合した後、75℃で1時間、200rpmにて撹拌した。使用した粒子状活性炭を表2に示す。試料5〜6の活性炭の購入先はNorit activated carbonであった。その後、パーライトろ過により活性炭を除去し、脱色および微細物質の除去程度を把握するため、活性炭処理糖液のT%と濁度(720nm吸光度)を測定した。その結果を表3に示した。
フラスコ内にアルロース反応液(T%=70.4)50重量%濃度/1Lを準備し、固形分500g基準で粉末状活性炭0.5重量%を混合した後、75℃で1時間、200rpmにて撹拌した。粉末状活性炭は実施例1で使用したものと同じであり、前記表1に示した。その後、パーライトろ過により活性炭を除去し、脱色および微細物質の除去程度を把握するため、活性炭処理糖液のT%と濁度(720nm吸光度)を測定した。その結果を表4に示した。
フラスコ内にアルロース反応液(T%=70.4)50重量%濃度/1Lを準備し、固形分500g基準で粒子状活性炭0.5重量%を混合した後、75℃で1時間、200rpmにて撹拌した。粉末状活性炭は比較例1で使用したものと同じであり、前記表2に示した。その後、パーライトろ過により活性炭を除去し、脱色および微細物質の除去程度を把握するため、活性炭処理糖液のT%と濁度(720nm吸光度)を測定した。その結果を表4に示した。
実施例1と2、比較例1と2の方法で活性炭処理したアルロース反応液の脱色水準を確認するため、UV分光光度計(UV Spectrophotometer)を使用して420nmでのT%を測定した。測定サンプルの濃度は30bxであり、1cm石英セルを使用して分析した。T%は入射光に対する透過光の比率であり、吸光度とは逆に、透過する光が増加する程、値が増加するため、この値が高い程、色が浅くて透明であることを意味する。
前記表4に示す試料5の粒状炭122g(250ml)をカラムに充填し、アルロース反応液(T%=70.4)を50重量%濃度で流した。この時、カラムの温度は75℃であり、速度はSV 1(250ml/60min=4.17ml/min)で流し、カラムにかかる圧力は0.04Mpaであった。
Claims (8)
- アルロース転換反応物と粉末活性炭を混合し、
前記混合液に固液分離工程を行って不純物と粉末活性炭を除去し、濾液を得る工程を含むアルロース転換反応物の精製方法であって、
前記粉末活性炭の平均粒径が10〜250マイクロメートルであり、
前記固液分離工程はフィルタープレスを含むろ過システムに前記混合液を通液して行われるものであり、
前記ろ過システムが、ろ過補助剤をさらに含み、
前記ろ過補助剤の粒径が、10〜500マイクロメートルであり、
前記粉末活性炭の混合量は、アルロース転換反応物の全固形分含量100重量%を基準にして0.1〜5重量%であり、
前記混合液における前記粉末活性炭との接触時間は0.5〜2時間である、
アルロース転換反応物の精製方法。 - 前記精製方法は、活性炭処理工程を行った後、イオン交換樹脂が充填されたカラムを用いたイオン精製工程をさらに行う請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルロース転換反応物の全固形分含量は0.5〜80重量%である請求項1に記載の精製方法。
- 前記混合液の温度は30〜90℃である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ろ過補助剤は、珪藻土、パーライト、セルロース、およびイオン交換樹脂よりなる群から選択された1種以上である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルロース転換反応物と粉末活性炭を混合する工程は、撹拌して行う請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記撹拌は、撹拌速度5〜500rpmで行われる請求項6に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法によってアルロース転換反応物の不純物を除去して精製する工程、
擬似移動層(SMB)クロマトグラフィー分離工程を行ってアルロース分画と果糖ラフィネートを得るアルロース分離工程、および
前記アルロース分画を濃縮または結晶化する工程
を含むアルロースの製造方法。
