Claims (17)
- 光に対する露出を検知するためのデバイスであって、
光発色性材料を含む光応答層と、
前記光応答層の第1の面をカバーする、皮膚を模倣するカバー層であって、前記カバー層はある量の日焼け止めを吸収し、前記カバー層は、前記の量の日焼け止めが摩滅により人の皮膚から磨損するであろう速度と実質的に同じ速度で、前記の量の日焼け止めが摩滅により前記カバー層から摩損することを可能にするために多糖類を含む、カバー層と、
前記光応答層の前記第1の面と反対の第2の面を表面に結合するように構成された粘着層と、
を備えるデバイス。 - 前記光応答層は、所定の波長の光の存在において第1の視覚的外観を有し、前記所定の波長の光の不存在において第2の視覚的外観を有する、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記所定の波長は10nm〜400nmの間である、請求項2記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の視覚的外観は第1の色を有し、前記第2の視覚的外観は第2の色を有する、請求項2記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の視覚的外観は第1の色を有し、前記第2の視覚的外観は無色である、請求項2記載のデバイス。
- 前記カバー層と前記粘着層との間に基材材料をさらに備える、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記基材材料を含む基材層をさらに備え、前記光応答層が前記基材層の上に付着される、請求項6記載のデバイス。
- 前記基材材料は前記光応答層と統合される、請求項6記載のデバイス。
- 前記基材材料はポリマー・フィルムを含む、請求項7又は請求項8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記基材材料はプラスチックを含む、請求項9記載のデバイス。
- 前記基材層は、その上に図形的印を含む、請求項7記載のデバイス。
- 前記光発色性材料は、ジアリールエテンを含む、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記多糖類は、キトサンまたはセルロース骨格を有するポリマーを含む、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記カバー層は半透明である、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記カバー層と前記光応答層とを粘着するように構成された結合材料をさらに備える、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 前記結合材料は、前記カバー層及び前記光応答層のうちの1つと統合される、請求項15記載のデバイス。
- 前記光応答層の前記第2の面と対向する前記粘着層の面をカバーする取り外し可能な裏張りをさらに備え、前記取り外し可能な裏張りは前記表面に前記デバイスを貼り付ける前に取り外し可能である、請求項1〜16の何れか一項に記載のデバイス。
