Description
ポリエチレンは、図1に示したような2つの相互連結された反応ゾーンを有する流動床反応器及びマルチゾーン循環反応器(MZCR)のカスケードで製造された。
上昇管22の内径が147mmであり、下降管23の下部の内径が212mmであるマルチゾーン循環反応器(MZCR)を使用することを除いて、同一条件下で実施例1の重合を繰り返した。

Claims (9)
- 成長中のポリマー粒子が流動化、高速流動化または輸送条件下で上方に流れる上昇管ユニット、及び成長中のポリマー粒子が高密度化形態で下方に流れる下降管を含む気相重合反応器において重合触媒の存在下でエチレンを1つ以上のコモノマーと共重合させる段階を含むエチレンポリマーの製造方法であって、前記下降管内のポリマー粒子のホールドアップ量は、前記気相重合反応器内のポリマー粒子の総ホールドアップ量の55重量%〜80重量%であり、かつ前記エチレンを1つ以上のコモノマーと共重合させるエチレンポリマーは、エチレン及び1つ以上のC 3 -C 8 -1-アルケンを共重合することによって製造された0.01重量%〜15重量%のコモノマー含有量を有するエチレンコポリマーである、エチレンポリマーの製造方法。
- 前記気相重合反応器は、マルチゾーン循環反応器であって、ここで上昇管ユニットが上昇管であり、ここで成長中のポリマー粒子が高速流動化または輸送条件下で上方に流れ、前記上昇管と下降管は相互連結され、前記上昇管を出たポリマー粒子は、前記下降管に入り、前記下降管を出たポリマー粒子は、前記上昇管に入り、したがって、前記上昇管と前記下降管を通ってポリマー粒子の循環を確立するマルチゾーン循環反応器である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記上昇管ユニット内の面圧低下Δp/hは、500Pa/m〜3000Pa/mの範囲であり、ここで、hは上昇管ユニットの高さであり、Δpは上昇管ユニットの底部と上部との間の圧力差である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 液体形態のバリア流体が下降管に供給される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記上昇管ユニット及び下降管内の反応ガス混合物はそれらの組成が異なり、前記下降管内の反応ガス混合物は上昇管ユニット内の反応ガス混合物よりも低いエチレン含有量を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- エチレン及び任意選択的に1つ以上のコモノマー、不活性成分または水素を含むガス状流または液状流を少なくとも3つのモノマー供給点で下降管に供給し、何れか2つの隣接したモノマー供給点間のポリマー粒子のホールドアップ量は、下降管内のポリマー粒子の総ホールドアップ量の35重量%以下である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記上昇管ユニット及び下降管を含む気相重合反応器は、反応器カスケードの一部であり、前記反応器カスケードは、上昇管ユニット及び下降管を含む気相重合反応器の上流にある流動床反応器を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記重合触媒は、マグネシウムハライド上に担持されたチタン化合物とアルミニウムアルキルとの反応生成物を含むチーグラーまたはチーグラーナッタ触媒である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エチレンポリマーは、DIN EN ISO 1183−1:2004、方法A(浸漬)に従って測定された密度が0.916〜0.964g/cm3であり、DIN EN ISO 1133−1:2012−03に従って21.6kgの荷重下で、190℃の温度で測定されたMFR21.6が0.5〜300g/10分である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
