Claims (6)
- 可変的に調節可能な回転速度を伴って機構を駆動するための、機構の駆動手段のためのトランスミッションであって、
第1駆動ユニット(18)が連結されることが可能な第1遊星ギアセット(3)を備え、
前記機構(19)が連結されることが可能な第2遊星ギアセット(5)を備え、
前記第1遊星ギアセット(3)および前記第2遊星ギアセット(5)は、各々が遊星ギア(3a、3b、5a、5b)を備え、該遊星ギアは、遊星キャリア(4)内に搭載された、少なくとも2つの共通の遊星シャフト(11a、11b)に配置されており、
前記遊星キャリア(4)は、トランスミッションハウジング(9)内に回転可能に搭載されて、第2駆動ユニット(10)によって駆動可能であり、
少なくとも1つのブレーキ(20)またはロックデバイスもしくは連結器を介して、前記遊星キャリア(4)にかかるトルクは、前記トランスミッションハウジング(9)に直接支持されることが可能であり、したがって前記遊星キャリア(4)と前記トランスミッションハウジング(9)との間で切り替えられ、
前記第2駆動ユニット(10)は、前記遊星キャリア(4)に直接取り付けられた中空シャフトモータとして実施されており、前記ブレーキ(20)またはロックデバイスもしくは連結器のそれぞれは、前記トランスミッションのシャフトに、したがって前記第2駆動ユニット(10)に連結された前記遊星キャリア(4)に配置されている、
トランスミッション。 - 前記遊星キャリア(4)は、前記ブレーキ(20)またはロックデバイスもしくは連結器を介してトルク伝達可能な形式で、前記トランスミッションハウジング(9)に連結されることが可能である、請求項1に記載のトランスミッション。
- 前記ブレーキ(20)は、前記第2駆動ユニットの故障の際に、前記トルクを支持することが達成されるように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のトランスミッション。
- 可変的に調節可能な回転速度を伴って駆動される機構の駆動手段であって、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のトランスミッションを備え、
前記トランスミッションの第1遊星ギアセット(3)に連結された第1駆動ユニット(18)を備え、
前記トランスミッションの第2遊星ギアセット(5)に連結された機構(19)を備え、
前記トランスミッションの遊星キャリア(4)に連結された第2駆動ユニット(10)を備え、前記第2駆動ユニットの回転速度は、前記第1駆動ユニット(18)の回転速度によって決まる回転速度に重ね合わせられることが可能であり、
前記第1駆動ユニット(18)および/または前記第2駆動ユニット(10)は、可変的に調節可能な回転速度を伴って駆動されることが可能である、駆動手段。 - 請求項4に記載の駆動手段を操作する方法であって、
前記駆動手段の駆動が、前記第1駆動ユニット(18)を介して排他的に達成された場合、前記遊星キャリア(4)にかかるトルクは、前記ブレーキ(20)またはロックデバイスもしくは連結器を介して前記トランスミッションハウジング(9)に支持される、方法。 - 前記ブレーキ(20)またはロックデバイスもしくは連結器を介して、前記遊星キャリア(4)にかかるトルクが、前記トランスミッションハウジング(9)に支持された場合、前記第2駆動ユニット(10)はトルクなしに切り替えられる、請求項5に記載の方法。
