三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置の為の粉末モジュール(1)であって、粉末形状の構成材料により充填可能である粉末空間を画成する粉末チャンバー(2)、粉末空間(3)内に設けられ、粉末空間(3)を底部側で画成し、粉末チャンバー(2)に対して相対的に移動可能に支承されるキャリア(4)と、キャリア(4)の位置の検出の為に設けられている位置検出装置(6)を有する粉末モジュールにおいて、
位置検出装置(6)がケーブルセンサーとして形成されているか、少なくとも一つのそのようなものを有することを特徴とするする粉末モジュール。
(実施態様項2)
ケーブルセンサーが、粉末チャンバー(2)に対して位置固定的に設けられたハウジング要素(7)、キャリア(4)と連結可能な、又は連結された、とくにケーブル状の抽出要素(8)と、抽出要素(8)の抽出長の検出の為に設けられている検出装置を有することを特徴とする実施態様項1に記載の粉末モジュール。
(実施態様項3)
ハウジング要素(7)が、粉末モジュール(1)、特に粉末チャンバー(2)の下側の端部の領域に設けられた、又は形成された接続部材(11)に設けられている、又は形成されていることを特徴とする実施態様項2に記載の粉末モジュール。
(実施態様項4)
抽出要素(8)が少なくとも部分的に露出して延在し、及び/又は少なくとも部分的に、スリーブ状の部分(10)によって取り囲まれハウジング要素(7)とキャリア(4)の間に延在していることを特徴とする実施態様項2または3に記載の粉末モジュール。
(実施態様項5)
検出装置が、電子評価ユニットを有することを特徴とする実施態様項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
(実施態様項6)
キャリア(4)がテーブル状の基本体(4a)と、基本体(4a)上に設けられる、又は形成される、プレート状の、少なくとも一つの、特に複数の載置体(4b−4d)を有することを特徴とする実施態様項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
(実施態様項7)
位置検出装置(6)が複数のケーブルセンサーを有することを特徴とする実施態様項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
(実施態様項8)
キャリア(4)が垂直な移動軸に沿って移動可能に支承されていることを特徴とする実施態様項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
(実施態様項9)
キャリア(4)の最大の移動経路が、800mmから1200mmの間、特に950mmから1050mmの間にあることを特徴とする実施態様項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
(実施態様項10)
粉末チャンバー(2)が、粉末チャンバー基本体を有し、この粉末チャンバー基本体が粉末空間(3)を画成しており、その際、粉末チャンバー基本体が、粉末チャンバー基本体を形成しつつ互いに固定可能、又は固定されている複数の粉末チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)にセグメント化されて形成されていることを特徴とする実施態様項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
(実施態様項11)
実施態様項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つの粉末モジュール(1)に特徴を有する三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置。
Claims (9)
- 三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置の為の粉末モジュールであって、
粉末空間の少なくとも側部を画成し、粉末形状の構成材料が充填されるように構成された粉末チャンバーと、
前記粉末空間の少なくとも底部を画成し、前記粉末チャンバーに対して相対的に移動可能に支承されるキャリアと、
ケーブルセンサーを有し、前記キャリアの位置を検出するように構成された位置検出装置と、
前記粉末モジュールの下側の端部の領域に設けられた、又は形成された接続部材と、を有し、
前記ケーブルセンサーが、前記接続部材に設けられた、又は形成されたハウジング要素を有し、
前記粉末チャンバーが、複数の粉末チャンバー基本体セグメントを有する粉末チャンバー基本体を有し、前記複数の粉末チャンバー基本体セグメントの各々が、互いに固定可能、又は固定されている粉末モジュール。 - 前記ケーブルセンサーが、前記キャリアと連結可能な、又は連結された抽出要素と、
前記抽出要素の抽出長の検出の為に設けられている検出装置とを有し、
前記ハウジング要素が、前記粉末チャンバーに対して位置固定的に設けられている請求項1に記載の粉末モジュール。 - 第一の位置において、前記抽出要素が少なくとも部分的に露出して延在し、及び/又は少なくとも部分的に、スリーブ状の部分又はアイ状の部分によって取り囲まれ、第二の位置において、前記抽出要素が前記ハウジング要素と前記キャリアとの間に少なくとも部分的に露出して延在している請求項2に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記検出装置が、電子評価ユニットを有する請求項2または3に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記キャリアが、基本体と、
前記基本体上に設けられる、又は形成される、1以上の載置体とを有する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。 - 前記位置検出装置が、複数のケーブルセンサーを有する請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記キャリアが、垂直な移動軸に沿って移動可能に支承されている請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記キャリアが、800mmから1200mmの間、又は950mmから1050mmの間の移動経路を有する請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つの粉末モジュールを有する三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置。
