Abstract
【解決手段】三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置の為の粉末モジュール(1)であって、粉末形状の構成材料により充填可能である粉末空間を画成する粉末チャンバー(2)、粉末空間(3)内に設けられ、粉末空間(3)を底部側で画成し、粉末チャンバー(2)に対して相対的に移動可能に支承されるキャリア(4)と、キャリア(4)の位置の検出の為に設けられている位置検出装置(6)を有する粉末モジュールにおいて、
位置検出装置(6)がケーブルセンサーとして形成されているか、少なくとも一つのそのようなものを有することを特徴とするする粉末モジュール。

Claims (11)
- 三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置の為の粉末モジュール(1)であって、粉末形状の構成材料により充填可能である粉末空間を画成する粉末チャンバー(2)、粉末空間(3)内に設けられ、粉末空間(3)を底部側で画成し、粉末チャンバー(2)に対して相対的に移動可能に支承されるキャリア(4)と、キャリア(4)の位置の検出の為に設けられている位置検出装置(6)を有する粉末モジュールにおいて、
位置検出装置(6)がケーブルセンサーとして形成されているか、少なくとも一つのそのようなものを有することを特徴とするする粉末モジュール。 - ケーブルセンサーが、粉末チャンバー(2)に対して位置固定的に設けられたハウジング要素(7)、キャリア(4)と連結可能な、又は連結された、とくにケーブル状の抽出要素(8)と、抽出要素(8)の抽出長の検出の為に設けられている検出装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末モジュール。
- ハウジング要素(7)が、粉末モジュール(1)、特に粉末チャンバー(2)の下側の端部の領域に設けられた、又は形成された接続部材(11)に設けられている、又は形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 抽出要素(8)が少なくとも部分的に露出して延在し、及び/又は少なくとも部分的に、スリーブ状の部分(10)によって取り囲まれハウジング要素(7)とキャリア(4)の間に延在していることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 検出装置が、電子評価ユニットを有することを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- キャリア(4)がテーブル状の基本体(4a)と、基本体(4a)上に設けられる、又は形成される、プレート状の、少なくとも一つの、特に複数の載置体(4b−4d)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 位置検出装置(6)が複数のケーブルセンサーを有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- キャリア(4)が垂直な移動軸に沿って移動可能に支承されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- キャリア(4)の最大の移動経路が、800mmから1200mmの間、特に950mmから1050mmの間にあることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 粉末チャンバー(2)が、粉末チャンバー基本体を有し、この粉末チャンバー基本体が粉末空間(3)を画成しており、その際、粉末チャンバー基本体が、粉末チャンバー基本体を形成しつつ互いに固定可能、又は固定されている複数の粉末チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)にセグメント化されて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つの粉末モジュール(1)に特徴を有する三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置。
