Description
Claims (9)
- 三次元の対象の積層造形的製造の為の装置の為の構成チャンバー(1)であって、構成空間(3)を有する構成チャンバー基本体(2)を有する構成チャンバー(1)において、
構成チャンバー基本体(2)が、固定可能であるか、又は固定されている複数の構成チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)にセグメント化されて形成されていること、その際、各構成チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)が、構成空間(3)の全内周を表す構成空間部分を画成し、
構成チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)が、中空状の基本形状を有し、
構成チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)が、形状構造的に同一に形成されている、
構成チャンバー。 - 構成チャンバー基本体(2)が、水平な少なくとも一つのセグメント化平面(E)内でセグメント化されて形成されており、その際、各構成チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)が垂直方向に重なって固定可能であるか、又は固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の構成チャンバー。
- 構成チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)が、中空直方体状、中空円筒状、又はリングディスク状の基本形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の構成チャンバー。
- 各構成チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)に、少なくとも一つの固定要素(6a,6b)が設けられているか、又は形成されており、その際、互いに構成チャンバー基本体(2)を形成するために接続されるべき、又は接続された少なくとも二つの構成チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)の固定を形成しつつ協働するよう、各固定要素(6a、6b)が、設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の構成チャンバー。
- 各固定要素(6a,6b)が、構成チャンバー基本体(2)の形成の為に互いに接続すべき、または接続された少なくとも二つの構成チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)の固定を形成しつつ、形状結合的に、及び/又は力結合的に協働するよう設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の構成チャンバー。
- 構成チャンバー基本体(2)の形成の為に互いに接続すべき、又は接続された少なくとも二つの構成チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)の固定を形成しつつ力結合的に協働するよう、各固定要素(6a,6b)が設けられており、その際、これらが、少なくとも部分的に固定ボルト(7)によって貫通可能な、又は孔状の固定収容部として形成されており、及び互いに固定された状態において、少なくとも部分的に相応する固定ボルト(7)によって貫通されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の構成チャンバー。
- 構成チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)が、旋削によって、又はフライス加工によって製造された金属部材であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の構成チャンバー。
- 構成空間(3)が、140cmの最大深さ、又は80cmから120cmの間の領域の最大深さを有することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の構成チャンバー。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つの構成チャンバー(1)を有することを特徴とする三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置。
