Description
Claims (12)
- 三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置の為の粉末モジュール(1)であって、
粉末形状の構成材料によって充填可能な粉末空間(3)を画成する粉末チャンバー(2)と、
前記粉末空間(3)内に設けられ、前記粉末空間(3)を底部側で画成し、前記粉末チャンバー(2)に対して相対的に移動可能に支承されたキャリア(4)と、
前記キャリア(4)を前記粉末チャンバー(2)に対して相対的に移動させる力を発生するための駆動装置(5)とを有する粉末モジュール(1)において、
前記駆動装置(5)が、調整要素(7a,7b)を其々有する、移動のために連結可能とした、又は連結された少なくとも二つの別々のアクチュエータユニット(6a,6b)を有し、前記各調整要素(7a,7b)は、前記各アクチュエータユニット(6a,6b)の各ハウジング要素(8a,8b)に対して相対的に、前記各ハウジング要素(8a,8b)に引込んだ位置と前記各ハウジング要素(8a,8b)から引伸ばした位置の間を移動可能に支承され、
前記各アクチュエータユニット(6a,6b)が、第一の引込んだ位置と第一の引伸ばした位置の間を移動可能に支承され、かつ第一の方向に伸縮可能なテレスコープ状の少なくとも一つの第一の調整要素(7a)と、第二の引込んだ位置と第二の引伸ばした位置の間を移動可能に支承され、かつ前記第一の方向とは反対の第二の方向に伸縮可能なテレスコープ状の少なくとも一つの第二の調整要素(7b)を有し、前記各アクチュエータユニット(6a,6b)の複数の調整要素(7a,7b)が直列に接続されている粉末モジュール。 - 前記各第一の調整要素(7a)が、前記キャリア(4)と連結可能である、又は連結されており、前記各第二の調整要素(7b)が、前記粉末チャンバー(2)を支承するフレーム状である、前記粉末モジュール(1)の支承構造(9)と連結可能である、又は連結されている請求項1に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記駆動装置(5)が、前記アクチュエータユニット(6a,6b)に付設されたモーター式の少なくとも一つの駆動ユニット(10)であって、前記キャリア(4)を前記粉末チャンバー(2)に対して相対的に移動させる力を発生するための駆動ユニット(10)を有する請求項1又は2に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも二つのアクチュエータユニット(6a,6b)が互いに平行に設けられており、少なくとも一つの横断接続構造(11a−11c)を介して、各アクチュエータユニット側のハウジング要素(8a−8c)の領域において互いに接続されており、
前記駆動ユニット(10)が、前記少なくとも二つのアクチュエータユニット(6a,6b)間の中央に横断接続構造(11a)に設けられている請求項3に記載の粉末モジュール。 - 前記少なくとも二つのアクチュエータユニット(6a,6b)が、少なくとも一つの第一の横断接続構造(11a)を介して前記アクチュエータユニット側の各ハウジング要素(8a,8b)の領域で互いに接続されており、
第二の横断接続構造(11b)を介して、前記第一又は第二の各調整要素(7a,7b)の領域において互いに接続され、又は、第三の横断接続構造(11c)を介して前記第二又は第一の各調整要素(7a,7b)の領域において互いに接続されている請求項4に記載の粉末モジュール。 - データ、及び/又は電気を前記粉末モジュールのコンポーネントに供給する為の少なくとも一つのデータ配線又は供給配線を有し、該供給配線が、柔軟に互いに接続された複数のガイド要素を有する、チェーン状のガイド装置(15a,15b)内に案内されて配置されている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 複数の前記ガイド装置(15a,15b)が、
第一の固定領域を介して前記キャリア(4)に固定され、第二の固定領域を介して前記粉末モジュール(1)の不動の部分に設けられたキャリア構造(16a)に固定され、基本位置においてジグザグ状に前記第一の固定領域と前記第二の固定領域の間に延在する第一のガイド装置(15a)と、
第一の固定領域を介して前記駆動装置(5)に固定され、第二の固定領域を介して前記粉末モジュール(1)の不動の部分に設けられたキャリア構造(16b)に固定され、基本位置においてジグザグ状に前記第一の固定領域と前記第二の固定領域の間に延在する第二のガイド装置(15b)と、
を備える請求項6に記載の粉末モジュール。 - 少なくとも一つの方向に延長可能なシール要素(12)を有し、該シール要素(12)が、前記キャリア(4)と、前記粉末チャンバー(2)又は前記粉末チャンバー(2)に底部側で取り付けられた粉末チャンバー接続部材(13)との間に、垂直方向に設けられている、又は形成されている請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記キャリア(4)の最大走行経路が、800mmから2000mmの間にある請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記キャリア(4)の最大走行経路が、950mmから1050mmの間にある請求項9に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記粉末チャンバー(2)が、粉末チャンバー基本体を有し、該粉末チャンバー基本体が、前記粉末空間(3)を画成しており、
前記粉末チャンバー基本体が、前記粉末チャンバー基本体を形成しつつ互いに固定可能、又は固定された複数の粉末チャンバー基本体セグメント(2a,2b)にセグメント化されて形成されている請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つの粉末モジュール(1)を有する三次元の対象物の積層造形的製造の為の装置。
