Claims (9)
- 全輪駆動自動車のための後輪駆動モジュールであって、
外側差動ハウジングと内側差動ハウジングとを有する差動アセンブリであって、前記内側差動ハウジングが前記差動アセンブリの出力シャフトと共に回転するように固定された前記差動アセンブリと、
前記外側差動ハウジングに装着されてそれと共に回転するように固定されたリングギヤを有するリングギヤアセンブリと、
前記内側差動ハウジング及び前記外側差動ハウジングを同期してロックするように作動可能であり、且つ、前記内側差動ハウジング及び前記外側差動ハウジングを切断して前記外側差動ハウジング及び前記リングギヤの回転を防止するように作動可能な切断及び同期−ロック機構と、
を含み、
前記切断及び同期−ロック機構は、同期装置クラッチと、クラッチアクチュエータと、空洞を有する印加プレートと、前記印加プレートの前記空洞内に受け入れられるバネ及びボールと、を含み、
前記同期装置クラッチは、前記外側差動ハウジングと共に回転するように固定されたドラムと、前記ドラムに接続された第1の板セットと、前記内側差動ハウジングに接続された第2の板セットと、を有する多板クラッチを含み、
前記クラッチアクチュエータは、前記同期装置クラッチを起動するために、前記差動アセンブリに向けて第1の方向に軸線方向力を発生させるように作動可能であり、前記クラッチアクチュエータは、ボールランプ機構を含み、
前記ボールランプ機構は、第1の溝を形成する第1のカムプレートと、前記第1の溝に面する第2の溝を形成し、且つ、前記印加プレートの前記空洞内に受け入れられる前記ボールに係合するための1又は2以上の戻り止めを形成する第1の面を有する第2のカムプレートと、前記第1及び第2の溝内で前記第1のカムプレートと前記第2のカムプレートの間に配置された少なくとも1つのアクチュエータボールと、を含み、
前記第1及び第2のカムプレートの相対回転が、隣接する前記印加プレートの軸線方向移動のために前記第2のカムプレートの前記第1の方向における軸線方向平行移動を引き起こして、前記同期装置クラッチを起動する、
ことを特徴とする後輪駆動モジュール。 - 前記切断及び同期−ロック機構は、前記第2のカムプレートを前記第1のカムプレートに向けて付勢するように構成されたバネを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の後輪駆動モジュール。
- 前記内側差動ハウジング及び前記外側差動ハウジングを同期してロックするために、前記第1及び第2の溝及び前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータボールは、まず、前記同期装置クラッチを起動するために前記第2のカムプレートの前記第1の方向における軸線方向移動を引き起こし、そして、前記第2のカムプレート及び前記ドラムを接続するために、前記第2のカムプレートの前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向における軸線方向移動を可能にするように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の後輪駆動モジュール。
- 前記第2のカムプレートの外側部分が、前記内側差動ハウジング及び前記外側差動ハウジングがロックされた時に前記同期装置クラッチの前記ドラムに係合するようにスプライン式接続を用いて構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の後輪駆動モジュール。
- 前記内側差動ハウジング及び前記外側差動ハウジングを切断するために、前記第1及び第2の溝及び前記少なくとも1つのアクチュエータボールは、前記第1の方向の前記第2のカムプレートの軸線方向移動を引き起こして、前記第2のカムプレート及び前記ドラムを係合解除するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の後輪駆動モジュール。
- 前記クラッチアクチュエータは、正面カム機構を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の後輪駆動モジュール。
- 前記リングギヤと前記切断及び同期−ロック機構とは、前記差動アセンブリの両側面上に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の後輪駆動モジュール。
- 前記リングギヤアセンブリは、片持ち式リングギヤアセンブリを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の後輪駆動モジュール。
- 前記クラッチアクチュエータは、電磁的に起動されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の後輪駆動モジュール。
