Claims (8)
- 試料からの光を測定する光測定装置であって、
前記試料を内包する容器を収容する容器用空洞と、
前記試料からの光を検出する光検出部と、
前記試料からの光を前記光検出部に導光する導光路と、
入射した光を吸収する吸光部とを備え、
前記吸光部は、前記導光路の入射端及び出射端以外の前記導光路の周囲の少なくとも一部を覆っていて、
前記入射端から前記出射端までの距離(L)に対する、前記入射端の面積(A)の平方根の比が、0.4以下であり、
前記導光路は、複数の導光路からなる導光路群であり、前記光検出部は、単一の光検出部である、光測定装置。 - 前記入射端の面積(A)の平方根が、80μm以上である、請求項1記載の光測定装置。
- 前記導光路及び前記吸光部が同一の樹脂からなる、請求項1または2に記載の光測定装置。
- 試料からの光を測定する光測定装置であって、
前記試料を内包する容器を収容する容器用空洞と、
前記試料からの光を検出する光検出部と、
前記容器用空洞に面する入射端及び前記光検出部に面する出射端を有し、前記試料からの光を前記光検出部に導光する複数の導光路からなる導光路群と、
入射した光を吸収する吸光部とを備え、
前記吸光部が、前記導光路の前記入射端及び前記出射端以外の周囲の少なくとも一部を覆っていて、
前記光検出部は、単一の光検出部である、光測定装置。 - 前記試料に光を照射する光源と、
前記導光路群の前記入射端から前記出射端までの間に、光学多層膜フィルタをさらに備える、請求項4記載の光測定装置。 - 前記導光路群内の前記光学多層膜フィルタから前記出射端までの間に、特定の波長の光を吸収する色ガラスフィルタをさらに備える、請求項5記載の光測定装置。
- 前記導光路が、
試料からの光を透過させるシリコーン樹脂部と、
前記シリコーン樹脂部の中に分散された光学材料粒子とを有し、
前記シリコーン樹脂部と前記光学材料粒子の屈折率が、
第1波長において一致し、
前記第1波長とは異なる第2波長において一致しないものである、請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の光測定装置。 - 請求項4記載の光測定装置により試料からの光を測定する光測定方法であって、
前記導光路群に対して光を照射する照射ステップと、
前記導光路群の複数の前記導光路からの光を併せて検出する検出ステップとを含む、光測定方法。
