Description
前記支持体に固定される枠状の取付プレートと、
前記取付プレートの周方向に沿って設けられた側壁部と、
前記側壁部の周方向に沿って設けられ、前記取付プレートとの間に差し込み空間を画定する鍔部と、
押出成形されたゴム状弾性体よりなり、全長に亙って同一断面形状を有し、前記取付プレートの全周に亙って非接着で組み付けられたガスケット本体であって、
前記取付プレートに接触する第1シール部と、
前記第1シール部とは反対側で、被支持体に接触する第2シール部と、
前記差し込み空間に差し込まれた差し込み突起と、
を有するガスケット本体と、
を有する。
本実施形態のガスケットは、自動車等車両の車体側部品と車体側部品に搭載されるバッテリケースとの間をシールするバッテリケース用ガスケットである。ガスケットは、車体側部品の平面上に設置され、ガスケットの平面上にバッテリケースが積載される。
ガスケット本体31の形状を一部で変更するような成形品の追加工は施されない。
第1実施形態のガスケット1では、差し込み突起36が差し込み空間24に差し込まれるが、差し込み空間24の内面に接着されるわけではない。そのため、ガスケット本体31が周上一部でカラー21から離れる方向へ変位して、差し込み突起36が差し込み空間24から抜け出ることが懸念される。

Claims (7)
- 支持体と被支持体との間をシールするガスケットであって、
前記支持体と別部材であり、前記支持体に固定される枠状の取付プレートと、
前記被支持体と別部材であり、前記取付プレートの周方向に沿って設けられた側壁部と、
前記側壁部の周方向に沿って設けられ、前記取付プレートとの間に差し込み空間を画定する鍔部と、
押出成形されたゴム状弾性体よりなり、全長に亙って同一断面形状を有し、前記取付プレートの全周に亙って非接着で組み付けられたガスケット本体であって、
前記取付プレートに接触する第1シール部と、
前記第1シール部とは反対側で、前記被支持体に接触する第2シール部と、
前記差し込み空間に差し込まれた差し込み突起と、
を有するガスケット本体と、
を有するガスケット。 - 前記第1シール部は、シールビードを有する、
請求項1に記載のガスケット。 - 前記第1シール部は、平行に配置された複数の前記シールビードを有する、
請求項2に記載のガスケット。 - 前記シールビードは、断面円弧形を有する、
請求項2又は3に記載のガスケット。 - 前記第2シール部は、シールリップを有する、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のガスケット。 - 前記シールリップは、断面三角形を有する、
請求項5に記載のガスケット。 - 前記鍔部は、第1抜け止め突起を有し、
前記差し込み突起は、前記第1抜け止め突起と係合可能な第2抜け止め突起を有する、
請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のガスケット。
