Claims (9)
- 正極シートと、負極シートと、前記正極シートと前記負極シートの内面間に介在するセパレータと、が積層されて構成された金属空気電池と、前記金属空気電池にて得られた検知信号を受信する受信部と、有し、
前記セパレータは、前記正極シートと前記負極シートが、前記セパレータを挟んで重なる面積より広く形成されており、
前記セパレータは、前記正極シートと前記負極シートの内面間の検知領域と、前記負極シートの外周端部から延出した部分が前記負極シートの外面と重なるように折り曲げられた液接触領域とを有しており、
液体が、前記負極シートの外面側から前記液接触領域に接触することで前記検知領域まで浸透し液検知され、
前記受信部では、前記検知信号のレベルが閾値を越えた場合に、液漏れと判断することを特徴とする液検知センサ。 - 前記液接触領域は、前記正極シート及び前記負極シートの両方の外周端部から延出した部分が、前記負極シートの外面と重なるように折り曲げられて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液検知センサ。
- 前記正極シートの厚みは、0.4mm〜2.0mmであり、前記負極シートの厚みは、0.05mm〜2.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の液検知センサ。
- 前記正極シート、前記負極シート及び前記セパレータが積層されたラミネート部分の表面を覆う外皮シートが設けられており、前記外皮シートは、前記正極シートに空気が接触可能に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の液検知センサ。
- 前記セパレータは、複数に分離されており、各セパレータに前記液接触領域が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の液検知センサ。
- 前記負極シートは、マグネシウムシート、或いは、マグネシウム合金シートであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の液検知センサ。
- 前記金属空気電池の検知信号を、前記受信部へ無線通信が可能な送信部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の液検知センサ。
- 前記液検知センサは、漏血検知センサであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の液検知センサ。
- 前記液検知センサは、漏水検知センサであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の液検知センサ。
