Claims (6)
- 体外診断(IVD)設定で使用するためのオートメーションシステムであって、
少なくとも2つの側壁及び該側壁の間に延在する水平表面によって画定され、前記水平表面の下に電磁界発生器を有するオートメーショントラックと、
ベッセル保持エリア及び永久磁石を有し、前記水平表面上を移動する少なくとも1つのベッセルムーバーと、を備え、
前記少なくとも2つの側壁は、内側表面及び外側表面を画定し、磁気シールドが、前記内側表面、前記外側表面の一方又は両方か、又は、前記側壁自体内に一体化して設けられ、前記水平表面には設けられておらず、
前記ベッセル保持エリアと前記永久磁石は、別の磁気シールドによって分離され、該別の磁気シールドは、前記ベッセル保持エリア内で磁界を低減するのに十分な厚さを有し、
前記磁気シールド及び前記別の磁気シールドが、50%〜90%のニッケル合金からなる、オートメーションシステム。 - 前記磁気シールドは、前記側壁の前記内側表面又は前記外側表面の少なくとも一方に適用されたニッケル合金フォイルである、請求項1に記載のオートメーションシステム。
- 前記磁気シールドは、前記側壁の前記内側表面又は前記外側表面の少なくとも一方に適用されたニッケル合金コーティングである、請求項1又は2に記載のオートメーションシステム。
- 前記別の磁気シールドは、前記ベッセルムーバーの前記永久磁石と前記ベッセル保持エリアとの間の1つ以上の表面上又は1つ以上の表面内に設けられ、前記ベッセル保持エリア内にある試薬、化学成分、又はサンプルに対する電磁界露出の量を低減する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のオートメーションシステム。
- 前記オートメーショントラックを少なくとも部分的に覆うカバーを備え、
該カバーは、内側表面及び外側表面を画定する少なくとも1つの側壁を有し、前記内側表面と前記外側表面の一方又は両方に、又は前記側壁自体内に一体化されて、磁気シールド材料が設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のオートメーションシステム。 - 前記カバーの前記磁気シールド材料が、50%〜90%のニッケル合金からなる、請求項5に記載のオートメーションシステム。
