再生品A:LLDPE(20%)/接着性PE(7%)/NY(40%)/接着性PE(8%)/LLDPE(25%)の端材ロスのリペレット
再生品B:PBT(5%)/接着性PE(7%)/NY(12%)/EVOH(7%)/NY(12%)/接着性PE(7%)/LLDPE(50%)の端材ロスのリペレット
マレイン酸変性直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン
装置:インフレーション成形装置(住友重機械モダン(株)製)
押出機スクリュー径:50mmφ×2、65mmφ×1
ダイ径:400mmφ
(成形条件)
押出量:70kg/hr
ダイリップギャップ:2.5mm
引取速度:24m/分
ブローアップ比:1.5
成形樹脂温度:245℃
B層に接着性樹脂を50重量%配合した再生品Aを使用し、A層及びC層の各割合が10%、B層の割合が80%の層構成に従ってインフレーションフィルム(全体厚さ25μm)を成形した。得られたフィルムについて、フィルムの流れ方向(MD)への易引裂性を手感覚により評価した。引き裂いたときにフィルム伸びが出ずに抵抗なく切れて全く問題なかった。
B層に接着性樹脂を50重量%配合した再生品Bを使用し、A層及びC層の各割合が12.5%、B層の割合が75.0%の層構成に従ってインフレーションフィルム(全体厚さ25μm)を成形した。得られたフィルムについて、フィルムの流れ方向(MD)への易引裂性を手感覚により評価した。引き裂いたときにフィルム伸びが出ずに抵抗なく切れて全く問題なかった。
Claims (1)
- A層/B層/C層を順次に積層してなり、A層及びC層はポリアミド系樹脂からなり、B層は5〜50重量%の接着性樹脂を含有していてもよい多層フィルムの再生品からなり、当該多層フィルムの再生品は、ポリオレフィン樹脂と、NY、PET、PBT、EVOHの群から選択される1種以上のポリオレフィン樹脂以外の異種材料からなり,異種材料の割合が10〜50重量%である、インフレーションフィルムにて構成され、フィルムの流れ方向(MD)に引き裂いて使用することを特徴とするマスカーテープ用養生フィルム。
