Claims (7)
- メイン遮断器のバスバーに連結される接触子アセンブリにおいて、
結合口を含むハウジング;
前記結合口を通して前記ハウジングに結合し、前記結合口の前方に突き出る接触部と、前記結合口の後方に突き出る結合部を含む接触子;
前記結合口を通して前記ハウジングに結合し、前記接触子及び前記ハウジングの間に介在して、前記ハウジングに支持され、前記接触部及び前記結合部を加圧する加圧ユニット;及び、
前記接触子の前記結合部に結合し、前記接触子と通電するコネクタを含み、
前記ハウジングは、前記結合口の左右境界を成す一対の側面ガードを含み、前記コネクタは、一対の前記側面ガードの間で前記結合部に結合し、
一対の前記側面ガードは、それぞれ前記結合口の中心方向に突き出て形成されるスペーサーを含み、前記接触子は、両側面が前記スペーサーと接しており、前記側面ガードと予め定めた間隔で両側が離隔する、接触子アセンブリ。 - 前記接触子は、
前記結合口に挟まれた中端は、互いに接しており、前記結合口の前方及び後方に向かって延びるそれぞれの両端は、予め定めた間隔で離隔する第一接触片;及び第二接触片を含む、請求項1に記載の接触子アセンブリ。 - 前記接触子の結合部は、前記第一接触片及び前記第二接触片の離隔した両端のうち、前記結合口の後方に向かって突き出た部分からなり、前記結合部は、前記コネクタの少なくとも一部が無理に嵌め込まれる、請求項2に記載の接触子アセンブリ。
- 前記接触子の前記結合部は、前記コネクタの外部へ突き出て、縦断面が円形である結合突起と結合し、前記接触子は、前記結合突起を中心軸に回転運動する、請求項3に記載の接触子アセンブリ。
- 前記接触子の接触部は、前記第一接触片及び前記第二接触片の離隔した両端のうち、前記結合口の前方に向かって突き出た部分からなり、前記接触部は、バスバー(bus−bar)が無理に嵌め込まれる、請求項2に記載の接触子アセンブリ。
- 前記加圧ユニットは、
前記第一接触片と前記ハウジングの間に介在する第一加圧片;及び、
前記第二接触片と前記ハウジングの間に介在する第二加圧片を含む、請求項2に記載の接触子アセンブリ。 - 一対の前記側面ガードは、それぞれ前記結合口が形成する仮想の平面と垂直に配置される板状部材であって、前記結合口の両側境界を形成する、請求項1に記載の接触子アセンブリ。
