Description
本發明關於申請專利範圍第1項的一種用於和一電路板上的接點面直接電接觸的插接連接件。
控制裝置大多由一電路板(電子構件放在電路板上)及一殼體裝置。在馬達控制裝置中,一般將一刀移條安裝到電路板上,以造成電纜束插頭和電路板間的導電連接。因此刀稜條在控制裝置安裝時造成一附加的構件。也有所謂的「直接電接觸」,其中省却刀稜條,而電纜束之個別極直接在電路板上接觸。為此,在電路板上設有電接點面(「陸地」),該電接觸面利用接點元件接觸,接點元件插接到電纜束插頭中。
迄今習知之直接插接連接件的實施例,在電路板上的接點作一邊接觸的場合一般需要一種壓迫力量以支持插接連接件。此壓迫力量的支持與接點法向力量(它們由插頭的電接點元件施到接點面上)的總和相抗拮。為此,目前的觸決方案係用彈簧元件,它們係電纜束插頭的一部分,但在此有以下的缺點:
--該功能構件「用於電纜束插頭的壓迫力量支持件」不利於減少電纜束插頭的尺寸。
--目前既有的解決方案顯示要將力量最佳化地傳入到電纜束插頭的構造在實際上並不簡單。因為電纜束插頭
一般由塑膠構成,因此依溫度和負載而定會有永久性的流動性質,所有這點係不可忽視的因素。
--目前的解決方案的彈簧元件即使在電纜束插頭未接觸時就已需要一預繃緊的壓迫彈簧了。這點不利於彈簧的尺寸設計得很小。
--目前的解決方案的設計需將彈簧擴充以對抗在受應力的情形(即當電纜束插頭插入時)所需之擴張。這點不利於壓迫彈簧和插合力量的減少。
--目前的解決方案的設計在利用壓迫彈簧力時產生對立的力量或力矩,它們和原來的壓迫力量抗拮。
本發明的目的在將上述種類的插接連接件進一步改良,使插頭側的壓迫彈簧省却並可進一步提高插頭的小型化。
這種目的利用具有申請專利範圍第1項的特點的插接連件達成。
依本發明,該功能構件「電纜束插頭用的壓迫力量支持件」並非如習知解決方案裝在電纜束插頭中,而係為插頭容納部的構件(介面),它可由一插接軸環(Steckkragon)或一插接盆(Steckwanne)形成。
由於依本發明,迄今在插頭上設的「壓迫力量支持件」可省却,故特別有以下優點:--插頭的小型化可提高;
--力量傳入插頭構造的作用可最佳化;--在電路板側或介面側的插接容納部中所設的壓迫彈簧不需預繃緊;--壓迫彈簧的彈簧路徑可最佳化到壓迫過程所需之最起碼值;--壓迫力量在理想情形可在接觸部上方的區域中直接呈現負荷形式施到插頭。對立的力量或力矩因而可避免。
利用位在插頭容納部中建構力量的作用係在插接過程終了時才會發生。因此插接過程在一長路徑中近乎不受力。這點基本上減少由於電路板及其接點面造成之接點元件損壞之虞,且使在插接過程時插接連接件的設計更容易,因為比過程在一區域中發生,在此區域中壓迫力量尚未作用。
本發明標的之其他優點及有利設計見於說明書、圖式與申請專利範圍。
以下利用圖式中例示的實施例詳細說明本發明。
圖1a及1b所示之插接連接件(1)用於將一電路板(3)(也稱「控制裝置」)上的接點面(「陸地」)(2)作直接電接觸,其中該接點面(2)可設在電路板(3)的一面或兩面。
電路板(3)上設有一個插接軸環或插接盆之一個插接容納部(5),它沿一插接方向(4)開放,電路板(3)在其接點面(2)的區域逆著插接方向(4)突伸到該插接容納部(5)中。有一插
頭(例如一電纜束的插頭)(6)沿插接方向(4)插入插接容納部(5)中,電纜束的插頭(6)有二個接點載體半部(8),在(7)的地方互相樞接。如圖1b所示,電路板(3)插入二個接點載體半部(8)間,在此該二半部利用彈簧彈性的接點元件(9)與電路板(3)的接點面(2)接觸導電。電纜線插頭(6)之通到接點元件(9)的電導線用(10)表示。
有一呈壓迫彈簧(12)方式的壓迫彈簧裝置(11)設在插接容納部(5)中,它在電路板(3)之二邊設在插接容納部(5)中,且嵌入二接點載體半部的插接路線中。利用壓迫彈簧(12),該插入之電纜束的插頭(6)的二個接點載體半部(8)互相朝向而繃緊,如此其接點元件(9)用相關的壓迫力量壓迫倚靠到電路板(3)的接點面(2)上。因此,壓迫力量的建構係利用該構成插接容納部(5)的插接軸環(對立軸承)以及利用該壓迫彈簧(12)作用到接點載半部(8)及其接地元件(9)。有利的做法係將壓迫彈簧(2)設在插入之電纜束的插頭(6)的接點元件(9)的高度,俾使壓迫力量可在此區域直接經接點元件(9)呈直線負荷方式施到接點載體半部(8)。
如圖2所示,可設單一壓迫彈簧(12),它延伸過插接容納部(5)的幾何整個寬度範圍。以作直線式力量導入。
如圖3所示,也可用另一方式設數個壓迫彈簧(12),它們沿插接容納部(5)的寬度相鄰設置,以將力量呈線狀導入。
為了提高插接連接件(1)的可靠性,故在插接容納部(5)中側邊在該突入插接容納部(5)中的電路板(3)的二側緣附近各設有夾緊彈簧(13),它們將插入之電纜束的插頭(6)在插接
容納部(5)中垂直於該壓迫彈簧(12)所施之壓迫力量夾緊。

Claims (9)
- 一種用於直接電接觸一電路板的插接連接件(1),用於直接接觸一電路板(13)上的接點面,具有:--插接容納部(4),和該電路板(3)配合,電路板(3)突入該插接容納部進去;--插頭(5),可插入該插接容納部(4)中,它有一接點載體(6),其具有接點元件(7),以和電路板(3)的接點面(2)直接作電接觸,及--壓迫彈簧裝置(10),以壓迫接點元件(7)倚到電路板(3)的接點面(2)上;其特徵在:該壓迫彈簧裝置(11)設在該插接容納部中。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之插接連接件,其中:設壓迫彈簧裝置(11)設在該突伸到插接容納部(5)中的電路板(3)的板的兩面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或第2項之插接連接件,其中:該壓迫彈簧裝置(11)幾乎延伸過插接容納部(5)的整個寬度。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或第2項之插接連接件,其中:壓迫彈簧裝置(11)設在插入之電纜束的插頭(6)的接點元件(9)的高度處。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或第2項之插接連接件,其中:壓迫彈簧裝置(11)由一個或數個壓迫彈簧(12)形成,該壓迫彈簧(2)嵌入該接點載體(8)的插接路線中。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項之插接連接件,其中: 單一壓迫彈簧(12)延伸過近乎插接容納部(5)的整個寬度。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項之插接連接件,其中:沿插接容納部(5)設有數個壓迫彈簧(12)。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或第2項之插接連接件,其中:該接點載體(8)有二個互相樞接的接點載體半部,電路板(3)插入該二個半部間,該壓迫彈簧裝置(11)設在該插入之接點載體(8)的兩側且將該二個接點載體半部以其接點元件(9)壓迫而倚到電路板(3)的接觸面(2)上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或第2項之插接連接件,其中:在該插接容納部(5)中在各側在該突伸到插接容納部(5)中的電路板(3)的二側緣附近各設有一夾緊彈簧(13),該夾緊彈簧嵌入插頭的插接路線中且將插入之電纜束的插頭(6)在插接容納部(5)中垂直於該由壓迫彈簧裝置(11)所施之壓迫力量夾緊。
