Description
本発明によれば、ケーブルハーネスコンタクトのための「圧着力支援」の機能的構成部が、公知の手段のようにもはやケーブルハーネスコンタクト内に設けられるのではなく、プラグ収容部(インターフェース)の構成要素がプラグフランジ又はプラグウエルによって形成可能になることである。
−プラグの最小化が促進され、
−プラグ構造部への応力導入が最適化され、
−プリント基板側若しくはインターフェース側のプラグ収容部内に設けられていた圧縮バネのプリロードが不要となり、
−圧縮バネの付勢距離が圧着過程に必要最小限の値まで最適化され、
−前記圧着力がコンタクト形成の直ぐ上の領域において理想的にはダイレクトな線形的負荷としてプラグに形成される。それにより対抗的な応力ないしトルクが回避される。
図1a,図1bに示されているプラグコネクタ1は、"制御機器"とも称するプリント基板3上の接触面(ランド)2の電気的な直接コンタクト形成のために用いられる。前記接触面2はここではプリント基板3の一方の側か若しくは両方の側に設けることが可能である。
Claims (9)
- プリント基板(3)上の接触面(2)との直接的な電気的コンタクト形成のためのプラグコネクタ(1)であって、
前記プリント基板(3)に対応したプラグ収容部(5)を有し、該プラグ収容部(5)内には前記プリント基板(3)が突出しており、
前記プラグ収容部(5)内に差込可能なプラグ(6)を有し、該プラグ(6)は、前記プリント基板(3)の接触面(2)との直接的な電気的コンタクト形成のためのコンタクト形成要素(9)を備えたコンタクト支持体(8)を有しており、さらに
前記コンタクト支持体(8)のコンタクト形成要素(9)を前記プリント基板(3)の接触面(2)に当接させる圧着のための圧縮バネ装置(11)とを有している、プラグコネクタ(1)において、
前記圧縮バネ装置(11)が前記プラグ収容部(5)内に設けられていることを特徴とするプラグコネクタ(1)。 - 前記圧縮バネ装置(11)は、前記プラグ収容部(5)内に突出する前記プリント基板(3)のプレート両側に対して設けられている、請求項1記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記圧縮バネ装置(11)は、前記プラグ収容部(5)のほぼ全幅に亘って延在している、請求項1または2記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記圧縮バネ装置(11)は、差し込まれたプラグ(6)のコンタクト形成要素(9)の高さに配置されている、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記圧縮バネ装置(11)は、前記コンタクト支持体(8)に係合する1つ若しくは複数の圧縮バネ(12)によって形成されている、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 単一の圧縮バネ(12)がプラグ収容部(5)のほぼ全幅に亘って延在している、請求項5記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記プラグ収容部(5)の幅に沿って、複数の圧縮バネ(12)が設けられている、請求項5記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記コンタクト支持体(8)は、相互に節点接続された2つのコンタクト支持体半部を有しており、前記2つのコンタクト支持体半部の間に前記プリント基板(3)が差し込まれ、前記圧縮バネ装置(11)は差し込まれた前記コンタクト支持体(8)の両側に対して設けられており、前記2つのコンタクト支持体半部のコンタクト形成要素(9)は前記プリント基板(3)の接触面(2)に当接するように圧着されている、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のプラグコネクタ。
- 前記プラグ収容部(5)内の側方で、当該プラグ収容部(5)内に突出するプリント基板(3)の2つの側方緑部に隣接するようにそれぞれ1つの緊張バネ(13)が設けられ、前記緊張バネ(13)は前記プラグ(6)に係合され、差し込まれたプラグ(6)を前記プラグ収容部(5)内で前記圧縮バネ装置(11)から付勢される圧着力に対して鉛直方向にプリロードする、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載のプラグコネクタ。
