Claims (10)
- 生体組織の切開及び/又は凝固のための高周波外科用装置(1)において、
運転時に、高周波交流電流を形成するために構成されている高周波発生器(20)と、
前記高周波外科用装置(1)の出力を、ユーザによって選択された電力値に調整するために配置及び構成されている電力調整装置(60)と、
火花電圧を目標火花値に制限するために配置及び構成されている火花調節装置(70)と、
を備えており、
前記火花調節装置(70)は更に、前記目標火花値を、ユーザによって選択された前記電力値に依存して求めるために構成されていることを特徴とする、
高周波外科用装置(1)。 - 前記目標火花値が少なくとも特定の値範囲において電力値の増大と共に上昇するように前記目標火花値を求めるために、前記火花調節装置(70)は配置及び構成されている、
請求項1に記載の高周波外科用装置(1)。 - 前記目標火花値が少なくとも特定の値範囲において電力値に比例して上昇するように各目標火花値を求めるために、前記火花調節装置(70)は配置及び構成されている、
請求項1又は2に記載の高周波外科用装置(1)。 - 前記目標火花値が所定の最小火花値(100)を下回らないように、及び/又は、所定の最大火花値を上回らないように前記目標火花値を求めるために、前記火花調節装置(70)は配置及び構成されている、
請求項2又は3に記載の高周波外科用装置(1)。 - 前記目標火花値が5Vの所定の最小火花値(100)を下回らないように前記目標火花値を求めるために、前記火花調節装置(70)は配置及び構成されている、
請求項2又は3に記載の高周波外科用装置(1)。 - 前記高周波外科用装置(1)は、2つ、3つ又はそれ以上の数の運転モード(C1,C2,C3)を有しており、
各運転モード(C1,C2,C3)に依存して前記目標火花値を求めるために前記火花調節装置(70)は配置及び構成されている、
請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の高周波外科用装置(1)。 - 前記運転モードのうちの少なくとも1つの運転モードは、1つ、2つ、3つ又はそれ以上の数の、生体組織に各々異なる効果をもたらす効果モードを有しており、
各効果モードに依存して前記目標火花値を求めるために前記火花調節装置(70)は配置及び構成されている、
請求項6に記載の高周波外科用装置(1)。 - 前記電力値が所定の最小電力値を下回らないように、及び/又は、所定の最大電力値を上回らないように前記電力値を調整するために電力調整装置(60)が配置及び構成されている、
請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の高周波外科用装置(1)。 - 1つの最小電力値に1つの特定の目標火花値が対応付けられているように前記目標火花値を求めるために前記火花調節装置(70)は配置及び構成されている、
請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の高周波外科用装置(1)。 - 生体組織の切開及び/又は凝固のために、高周波交流電流が高周波発生器(20)によって形成される、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の高周波外科用装置(1)の作動方法において、
電力調整装置(60)が、前記高周波外科用装置(1)の出力を、ユーザによって選択された電力値に調整し、
火花調節装置(70)が、火花電圧の目標火花値を、ユーザによって選択された前記電力値に依存して求め、更に、前記火花電圧を前記火花調節装置(70)が前記目標火花値に制限する、
ことを特徴とする、高周波外科用装置の作動方法。
