Description
(i)第1の態様の接着剤組成物のコーティングを、基材、未加硫ゴム、またはその両方に塗布することと、
(ii)キャリア液体を除去して基材、未加硫ゴム、またはその両方の上に接着剤コーティングを形成することと、
(iii)基材と未加硫ゴムとの間に接着剤コーティングを介在させて集合体を形成することと、
(iv)集合体を加硫温度まで、かつ未加硫ゴム及び接着剤コーティングを加硫するのに十分な時間加熱し、それによりゴムを基材に結合させることとを含む基材をゴムに結合する方法である。本方法は、天然ゴムを金属に結合するのに特に有用である。
R−O−(−CH2CH2O−)x−H
(式中、Rは脂肪族基、芳香族基、脂肪族置換芳香族基、及び芳香族置換脂肪族基、またはそれらの混合物であり、xは5〜200である)を有するエトキシレートである。いくつかの実施形態では、Rは、構造R1−R2−(式中、R1は直鎖アルキル基であり、R2は芳香族環である)を有するアルキル置換ベンゼンである。1つの好適な非イオン性界面活性剤は、ノニルフェノールエトキシレートである。
表4に示す成分を、水性媒体を使用して約2時間一緒にボールミル粉砕した。これらの接着剤組成物の粘度は、ASTM−D2196(Brookfield)及びDIN53211に従ってDIN3カップ(3mmオリフィス直径)を用いて測定し、その結果も表4に示す。
組成物を表6に示す以外は、実施例1に記載したのと同じ方法で接着剤組成物を作製した。
組成物を表8に示す以外は、実施例2に記載したのと同じ方法で接着剤組成物を作製した。
これらの接着剤組成物は、組成を表10に示した以外は、実施例3と同様に作製された。これらの接着剤組成物の接着特性を、実施例2に記載したのと同様に試験した。使用した硬化及びプリベークは、実施例2に記載したものと同じであった。結果を表11に示す。

(i)フィルム形成ポリマーと、(ii)低結晶性ポリニトロソ化合物と、(iii)高結晶性ポリニトロソ化合物と、(iv)キャリア液体と、を含む、接着剤組成物。

Claims (21)
- (i)フィルム形成ポリマーと、(ii)X線回折によって決定される30重量%未満の結晶性を有する低結晶性ポリニトロソ化合物と、(iii)X線回折によって決定される少なくとも35重量%の結晶性を有する高結晶性ポリニトロソ化合物と、(iv)キャリア液体と、を含む、接着剤組成物。
- 前記フィルム形成ポリマーが、ハロゲン化オレフィンポリマーである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記フィルム形成ポリマーが、ハロゲン化置換ポリジエンポリマーである、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の(ii)及び(iii)の構成成分が、1/2〜2/1の低結晶性/高結晶性の重量比で提供される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記低結晶性/高結晶性の重量比が、1.1/1〜1/1.1である、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 前記低結晶性ポリニトロソ化合物が、低結晶性ポリ−(1,4−フェニレンジアミン−N,N−ジオキシド)である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記高結晶性ポリニトロソ化合物が、高結晶性ポリ−(1,4−フェニレンアジン−N,N−ジオキシド)である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記キャリア液体が水からなる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記接着剤組成物が、界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤が、アニオン性界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤、非イオン性界面活性剤、及び両性界面活性剤のうちの少なくとも1つからなる、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤が、アニオン性界面活性剤、非イオン性界面活性剤、及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 構成成分(ii)が、X線回折によって決定される30重量%未満の結晶性を有し、構成成分(iii)が、X線回折によって決定される40重量%超の結晶性を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記低結晶性ポリニトロソ化合物及び高結晶性ポリニトロソ化合物が、ポリ−(1,4−フェニレンアジン−N,N−ジオキシド)である、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 基材をゴムに結合する方法であって、
(i)請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の前記接着剤組成物のコーティングを、基材、未加硫ゴム、またはその両方に塗布することと、
(ii)前記キャリア液体を除去して前記基材、未加硫ゴム、またはその両方の上に接着剤コーティングを形成することと、
(iii)前記基材と未加硫ゴムとの間に前記接着剤コーティングを介在させて集合体を形成することと、
(iv)前記集合体を加硫温度まで、かつ前記未加硫ゴム及び前記接着剤コーティングを加硫するのに十分な時間加熱し、それにより前記ゴムを前記基材に結合させることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記基材が金属である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ゴムが、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、またはそれらの組み合わせである、請求項14または15のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記ゴムが天然ゴムである、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ゴムが、ポリブタジエン、ネオプレン、ブチルゴム、ポリイソプレン、ニトリルゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、またはエチレンプロピレンジエン系ゴムからなる群から選択される合成ゴムである、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 請求項14〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法で加熱後の前記集合体を含む複合物品。
- 前記基材が金属であり、前記物品が騒音、振動、またはハーシュネスを減衰させるための物品である、請求項19に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が自動車部品である、請求項20に記載の物品。
