Description
Claims (22)
- エアロゾル送達デバイスであって、
第1の外側本体端部と第2の外側本体端部との間に延在する外側本体であって、少なくとも部分的に中空である、外側本体と、
電磁放射線を出力するように構成される、照明源と、
前記外側本体内に受容される導波管であって、前記導波管が、第1の長手方向端部と第2の長手方向端部との間に延在する長さ、及び、第1の側端部と第2の側端部との間に延在する幅を有し、前記導波管は、前記照明源から、前記外側本体の外側部のまわりに配置された1つ以上の照明部まで延在し、前記導波管は、前記外側本体内への設置のために決められた形状へと曲げられ、前記照明源から前記電磁放射線を受信し、前記1つ以上の照明部で光を出力するように構成される、導波管と、
を備える、エアロゾル送達デバイス。 - 前記第1の外側本体端部に連結される連結器と、
前記第2の外側本体端部に連結される端部キャップと、をさらに備え、前記導波管の前記第2の長手方向端部が、前記端部キャップに近接して位置付けられる、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。 - カートリッジをさらに備え、前記外側本体、前記連結器、前記端部キャップ、前記照明源、及び前記導波管が、制御体を集合的に画定し、
前記カートリッジが、前記制御体の前記連結器に係合するように構成される、請求項2に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。 - 前記1つ以上の照明部が、前記導波管の前記第2の長手方向端部を含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 電力源及び制御構成要素をさらに備え、前記制御構成要素が、前記電力源から噴霧器に電流を方向付けるように構成される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記1つ以上の照明部が、前記導波管の前記第1の長手方向端部と前記第2の長手方向端部との間に位置付けられる中間照明部を含む、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記導波管の前記幅が、前記第1の長手方向端部よりも前記第2の長手方向端部において大きい、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記外側本体内への挿入前の前記導波管が、T字形を画定している、請求項7に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記外側本体への挿入前の前記導波管が、截頭三角形を画定している、請求項7に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記導波管が可撓性を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。
- 前記導波管が、実質的に管状の構成に巻かれた部材シートから形成され、
前記導波管が、前記外側本体の内径と実質的に等しい外径を画定する、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル送達デバイス。 - エアロゾル送達デバイスを組み立てる方法であって、
当該方法が、電磁放射線を出力するように構成された照明源を、導波管の第1の長手方向端部に連結することを含み、前記導波管が、前記第1の長手方向端部と第2の長手方向端部との間に延在し、及び第1の側端部と第2の側端部との間に延在する幅で延在し、前記導波管が、前記照明源から前記電磁放射線を受信し、1つ以上の照明部で光を出力するように構成されており、
当該方法が、部材シートを曲げることによって前記導波管を形成することを含み、
当該方法が、外側本体内に前記導波管を挿入することを含み、前記導波管が、前記照明源から、前記外側本体の外側部のまわりに配置された前記1つ以上の照明部まで延在するように、前記外側本体が、少なくとも部分的に中空である、方法。 - 電力源及び制御構成要素を前記外側本体内に挿入することをさらに含み、前記制御構成要素が、前記電力源から噴霧器に電流を方向付けるように構成される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 連結器を第1の外側本体端部に連結することと、
前記導波管の前記第2の長手方向端部が端部キャップに近接して位置付けられるように、前記端部キャップを第2の外側本体端部に連結することと、をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記連結器をカートリッジに連結することをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記照明源を前記導波管の前記第1の長手方向端部に連結することは、前記1つ以上の照明部が前記第2の長手方向端部を含むように、前記照明源を前記導波管の前記第2の長手方向端部に対して垂直に配向することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記導波管の前記第1の長手方向端部と前記第2の長手方向端部との間の前記導波管のコアと屈折体を係合し、中間照明部を画定することをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記導波管の幅が、第1の側端部と第2の側端部とによって定義され、前記第1の長手方向端部よりも前記第2の長手方向端部において大きく、前記導波管を形成することが、前記導波管の前記第2の長手方向端部において前記第1の側端部及び前記第2の側端部に当接させるか、または重ねることを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記導波管を形成することが、T字形から曲げることを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記導波管を形成することが、截頭三角形から曲げることを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記導波管を形成することは、前記導波管が、前記外側本体の内面と実質的に一致する形状を画定するように、前記部材シートを実質的に管状の構成に巻くことを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記導波管を前記外側本体内に挿入することが、前記導波管を前記外側本体の内面に対して弾性的に押し付けることを含む、請求項12〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
