Claims (4)
- 油成分を含む排ガスを複数のフィルタにてろ過処理するための排ガス処理装置であって、
油成分を吸着するためのろ過助剤を保持するろ過助剤保持部と、
ろ過助剤保持部に保持されたろ過助剤を表面吸着のために前記フィルタに供給するろ過助剤供給部と、
前記フィルタに表面吸着しているろ過助剤を剥離して回収してろ過助剤保持部に戻入するろ過助剤戻入部と、
ろ過助剤の吸着能を十分に使い切ることともに、適切なタイミングでろ過助剤の入れ替えを行うためにフィルタの圧力損失を測定する圧力損失測定部と、
を有し、
ろ過助剤保持部が保持するろ過助剤は、平均粒径が1.0μm〜10.0μmのゼオライト紛と、ゼオライト紛を保持するための平均粒径が10.0μm〜50.0μmの珪藻土紛との混合物であり、その混合比は重量比にて珪藻土粉を15〜25%としゼオライト粉を75〜85%として全量となり、
ろ過助剤供給部は、
前記ろ過処理中において前記複数のフィルタに表面吸着しているろ過助剤の量が、排ガス処理装置が保持するろ過助剤の総量の多くても85%となるようにろ過助剤を供給し、
前記フィルタの表面に吸着されるろ過助剤層の厚みが15〜35mmとなり、フィルタ表面積(1m2)当たりのろ過助剤の表面吸着量が200g〜300gとなるように供給し、
ろ過助剤戻入部は、前記剥離を前記複数のフィルタのすべてに対して一度に行うのではなく部分的に順番に行う排ガス処理装置。 - ろ過助剤供給部は、送風にてろ過助剤を供給するための送風供給手段を有する請求項1に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- ろ過助剤戻入部は、送風にてろ過助剤を戻入するための送風戻入手段を有する請求項1又は2に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- ろ過助剤供給部は、スクリューコンベアにてろ過助剤を供給するためのスクリュー供給手段を有する請求項1から3のいずれか一に記載の排ガス処理装置。
