Description
例えば特許文献1においては、広い範囲において耐摩耗性に優れ、トルクが低く、かつコスト的に安価な樹脂製ナットおよびすべりねじ装置を得るために、金属製ねじ軸の軸上を無潤滑で摺動しながら相対的に移動する樹脂製ナットが開示されている。このナットでは、金属製ねじ軸に螺合するねじ溝部が、ポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂(PPS)に少なくとも四フッ化エチレン樹脂(PTFE)と280℃で非溶融の有機樹脂粉末とを配合してなるポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂組成物から形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 直動機構に用いる滑りネジが備える、射出成形により作製される樹脂製ナットであって、
前記樹脂製ナットは、10〜40重量%の短繊維炭素繊維(CF)と残部のすべてがポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS樹脂)とで構成される樹脂を用いて製作されており、ナットのネジ部を含めてナット全体を前記短繊維炭素繊維入り樹脂だけで構成され、
前記短繊維炭素繊維の長さは30〜200μmであり、平均径は、7〜8μmであることを特徴とする樹脂製ナット。 - 前記短繊維炭素繊維は、新たに製造されたヴァージン材もしくは再利用のための再生材料のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂製ナット。
- 外周に雄ネジが形成された送りネジ軸と、この送りネジ軸の雄ネジに螺合する雌ネジが形成された前記樹脂製ナットとを備える滑りネジ装置において、前記樹脂製ナットが請求項1または2に記載の樹脂製ナットであることを特徴とする滑りネジ装置。
