Claims (3)
- 中心軸を有する中心円筒状強磁性体構造と、
前記中心円筒状強磁性体構造の互いに反対にある端に配置され、前記中心軸に沿って位置合わせされた第1及び第2の円筒状磁石であって、前記第1及び第2の円筒状磁石は、軸方向に配置された極端部を有する、前記第1及び第2の円筒状磁石と、
前記第1の円筒状磁石が第1の側面円筒状強磁性体構造と前記中心円筒状強磁性体構造との間に配置され、前記第2の円筒状磁石が第2の側面円筒状強磁性体構造と前記中心円筒状強磁性体構造との間に配置されるように、前記第1及び第2の円筒状磁石の端に配置された前記第1及び第2の側面円筒状強磁性体構造と、
を含み、
前記第1及び第2の円筒状磁石の磁束は、前記中心軸の周りの軸対称なパターンで伝播する、位置合わせデバイス。 - 前記第1及び第2の円筒状磁石の前記極端部は、互いに反対の軸方向に配置される、請求項1に記載の位置合わせデバイス。
