Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る冷凍装置を搭載する低温貯蔵庫の概略構造を示す斜視図である。図2は、低温貯蔵庫の概略構造を示す背面図である。図3は、図2において破線で囲まれた領域Aの拡大図である。なお、図2は、低温貯蔵庫の内部を透視した状態を図示している。低温貯蔵庫1(1A)は、例えば細胞や生体組織等の生体由来材料、薬剤、試薬等の低温保存に用いられる。低温貯蔵庫1は、上面が開放された断熱箱体2と、断熱箱体2に隣接して配置される機械室4とを有する。
実施の形態2に係る冷凍装置は、制御部36による制御の内容が実施の形態1に係る冷凍装置と大きく異なる。以下、実施の形態2に係る冷凍装置について、実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。
実施の形態3に係る冷凍装置は、冷凍機14、ヒートパイプ16及びヒートパイプ温度センサ42の組み合わせを複数有する点が、実施の形態1,2に係る冷凍装置と大きく異なる。以下、実施の形態3に係る冷凍装置について、実施の形態1,2と異なる構成を中心に説明し、共通する構成については簡単に説明するか、あるいは説明を省略する。
Claims (7)
- 冷凍機と、
前記冷凍機と熱交換可能に接続されて冷媒を凝縮する凝縮部、保存対象物が収容される貯蔵室と熱交換可能に接続されて冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発部、及び前記凝縮部と前記蒸発部との間で冷媒を循環させる配管部を有するヒートパイプと、
前記配管部の温度を検出するヒートパイプ温度センサと、
前記ヒートパイプ温度センサの検出結果に基づいて、前記冷凍機の駆動を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記配管部の温度が前記冷媒の標準沸点を下回らないように前記冷凍機を制御することを特徴とする冷凍装置。 - 前記貯蔵室の温度を検出する庫内温度センサをさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記ヒートパイプ温度センサ及び前記庫内温度センサの検出結果に基づいて前記冷凍機の駆動を制御し、
前記制御部は、前記庫内温度センサの検出結果に基づいて、前記貯蔵室の温度が所定の目標温度に対して所定範囲内となるように前記冷凍機を制御するとともに、前記配管部の温度と前記冷媒の標準沸点との差が所定値以下である場合に、前記庫内温度センサの検出結果によらず前記冷凍機の出力を制限し、前記配管部の温度と前記冷媒の標準沸点との差が前記所定値を超えた場合に、前記庫内温度センサの検出結果に基づく前記冷凍機の制御を再開する請求項1に記載の冷凍装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記配管部の温度と前記冷媒の標準沸点との差が前記所定値以下となった場合に、前記冷凍機の駆動を停止させる請求項2に記載の冷凍装置。
- 前記貯蔵室の温度を検出する庫内温度センサをさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記ヒートパイプ温度センサ及び前記庫内温度センサの検出結果に基づいて前記冷凍機の駆動を制御し、
前記制御部は、前記庫内温度センサにより検出される前記貯蔵室の温度と前記貯蔵室の目標温度との差に基づいて第1制御値を生成し、前記ヒートパイプ温度センサにより検出される前記配管部の温度と前記冷媒の標準沸点との差に基づいて第2制御値を生成し、前記第1制御値と前記第2制御値のうち小さい方の制御値に基づいて前記冷凍機を制御する請求項1に記載の冷凍装置。 - 前記冷凍機は、前記貯蔵室から離間して配置される機械室に設けられ、
前記配管部は、一部が前記機械室に配置され、
前記ヒートパイプ温度センサは、前記配管部における前記一部の温度を検出する請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍装置。 - 前記冷凍機、前記ヒートパイプ及び前記ヒートパイプ温度センサの組み合わせを複数有し、
前記制御部は、各ヒートパイプ温度センサで検出された温度のうち最も低い温度、または前記貯蔵室内の温度に基づいて、各冷凍機の駆動を制御する請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍装置。 - 前記冷媒は、前記冷凍機において設定可能な前記貯蔵室の目標温度の最低値よりも低い標準沸点温度を有する請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の冷凍装置。
