Description
Claims (7)
- 金属粉末焼結造形方式により作成され、流路が形成された流路部材と、
前記流路部材を加熱するためのヒータと、
前記流路部材を流体制御機器に固定するための固定部材と、
前記流路部材に接続され、流体を前記流路部材に流入させるための接続部材と、を備え、
前記流路は、螺旋状をなし、長手方向に沿った断面の形状が多角形状をなし、
前記流路部材の造形方向は、前記多角形状の対角線の一つと平行をなしている、流体加熱器。 - 前記流路の表面積は、前記流路部材のうち前記流路が形成されている部分の外周の表面積より大きく構成されている、請求項1に記載の流体加熱器。
- 継手に固定された複数の流体制御機器と、
前記流体制御機器に流す流体を加熱するため流体加熱器と、を備え、
前記流体加熱器は、
金属粉末焼結造形方式により作成され、流路が形成された流路部材と、
前記流路部材を加熱するためのヒータと、
前記流路部材を流体制御機器に固定するための固定部材と、
前記流路部材に接続され、流体を前記流路部材に流入させるための接続部材と、を備え、
前記流路は、螺旋状をなし、長手方向に沿った断面の形状が多角形状をなし、
前記流路部材の造形方向は、前記多角形状の対角線の一つと平行をなしている、流体制御装置。 - 前記流路の表面積は、前記流路部材のうち前記流路が形成されている部分の外周の表面積より大きく構成されている、請求項3に記載の流体制御装置。
- 流路が形成された流路部材と、前記流路部材を加熱するためのヒータと、前記流路部材を流体制御機器に固定するための固定部材と、前記流路部材に接続され、流体を前記流路部材に流入させるための接続部材と、を備え、前記流路は、螺旋状をなし、長手方向に沿った断面の形状が多角形状をなしている流体加熱器を製造する製造方法であって、
前記流路部材を金属粉末焼結造形方式により作成する工程と、
前記流路部材に前記ヒータ、前記固定部材、および前記接続部材を組み合わせる工程と、を備え、
前記流路部材は、その造形方向が、前記多角形状の対角線の一つと平行をなすように造形される、流体加熱器の製造方法。 - 前記流路部材は、円柱状をなし、その長手方向が前記流路部材の造形方向と同方向となるように造形される、請求項5に記載の流体加熱器の製造方法。
- 前記流路の表面積は、前記流路部材のうち前記流路が形成されている部分の外周の表面積より大きく構成されている、請求項5または請求項6に記載の流体加熱器の製造方法。
