シャフト区画は1つ以上の補強リブを備え、各補強リブは、針カニューレを少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように針軸に対して非平行で延在し、各補強リブは、球状区画と針ハブとの間に軸方向に配設されて、シャフト区画の隣接した潰れ領域を分割する。
針ハブに取り付けられた、針ハブから自由端に向かう軸線に沿って延在する針カニューレと、
針カニューレを収容する軸線方向に延在する細長いエンクロージャを形成する、可撓性の針カバーであって、針ハブに対して装着された針ハブ端部と、針カニューレの自由端を超えて延在する自由端とを有し、軸方向に向けられた貫通力が針ハブに向かって針カバーの自由端に対して加えられたとき、針カニューレを貫通させるために軸方向に潰れるように構成された、針カバーとを備え、針カバーは、
針カニューレを取り囲み、針ハブにある第1の軸方向端部と、針ハブと針カニューレの自由端との間に軸方向に位置する第2の軸方向端部とを有する細長いシャフト区画であって、針カニューレと当接するように径方向に変形可能である潰れ可能な壁区域を備え、潰れ可能な区域が、予め定義された壁厚t1,lim未満の壁厚t1を有する区域を備える、シャフト区画と、
シャフト区画の第2の軸方向端部に接続され、針カバーの自由端にある閉じた端面まで延在する球状区画であって、針カニューレの自由端と軸方向に重なり合うとともにそれを取り囲む球状壁区域を画定し、球状壁区域が少なくともt2の壁厚の壁区域を備え、t2が前記予め定義された壁厚範囲t1,limよりも厚く、壁厚t2よりも薄い壁厚t3を有する中央端壁区域を画定する、球状区画とを画定し、
針カバーは、初期の非貫通状態では、球状区画の壁区域およびシャフト区画の壁区域が針カニューレから離間している第1の構成をとる。
Claims (14)
- 針ハブ(4)に取り付けられ、前記針ハブから針カニューレの自由端(3a、3b)にある尖った先端に向かう針軸に沿って第1の方向に延在する細長い形状である、針カニューレ(3)と、
前記針カニューレ(3)を収容する、軸方向に延在する細長い可撓性のエンクロージャを形成する針カバー(10、10a、10b)であって、前記針ハブ(4)に対して装着された第1の端部と前記針カニューレ(3)の尖った先端を越えて延在する第2の端部とを有し、前記針カニューレ(3)によって針カバーの前記第2の端部を貫通するため、前記針カバーの前記第2の端部に対して前記針ハブ(4)に向かって貫通力が加えられたとき、軸方向に潰れるように構成された、針カバー(10、10a、10b)と、を備え、
前記針カバー(10、10a、10b)が、
前記針カニューレ(3)を取り囲むとともに、前記第1の端部から離れる方向に前記針軸に沿って延在し、最小壁厚t1の壁区域を備える環状潰れ領域(15)を画定する、シャフト区画(11a)と、
前記針カニューレ(3)の前記尖った先端と軸方向に並ぶとともに前記尖った先端を取り囲む端部閉鎖壁区域(17a、19、17b)を有し、閉じた中央端面(18)を有し、前記最小壁厚t1よりも厚い壁厚t2を有する壁区域(17a、17b)を備える、端部閉鎖区画(11b)とを画定し、

前記1つ以上の補強リブ(16)の少なくとも1つが、前記針軸と平行な法線を有する面内において円周方向に延在し、前記補強リブ(16)が軸方向について2つの隣接した環状潰れ領域(15)の間に配置され、
前記環状潰れ領域(15)の前記壁区域が、前記針カニューレ(3)と当接するように径方向に変形可能である、注射装置用の注射針アセンブリ。 - 前記針ハブ(4)から前記第1の方向に延在する前記針カニューレ(3)が前部針を画定し、前記針カバーが前記前部針を収容する前部針カバー(10b)を画定し、
前記針カニューレ(3)が、前記針ハブ(4)から前記第1の方向とは反対方向に第2の尖った先端(3a)まで更に延在して後部針を画定し、前記注射針アセンブリ(50)が後部針カバー(10a)を更に備え、
前記後部針カバー(10a)が、前記後部針を収容する、軸方向に延在する細長い可撓性のエンクロージャを形成し、前記後部針カバー(10a)が、前記針ハブ(4)に対して装着された第1の端部と、前記後部針の前記尖った先端を越えて延在する第2の端部とを有し、前記後部針カバー(10a)が、前記後部針カバーの前記第2の端部を前記後部針によって貫通するため、前記後部針カバーの前記第2の端部に対して前記針ハブに向かって貫通力が加えられたとき、軸方向に潰れるように構成され、
前記後部針カバー(10a)が、
前記後部針を取り囲むとともに、前記後部針カバーの前記第1の端部から離れる方向に前記針軸に沿って延在し、最小壁厚t1の壁区域を備える環状潰れ領域(15)を画定する、シャフト区画(11a)と、
前記後部針の前記尖った先端と軸方向に並ぶとともに前記尖った先端を取り囲む端部閉鎖壁区域(17a、19、17b)を有し、閉じた中央端面(18)を有し、前記最小壁厚t1よりも厚い壁厚t2を有する壁区域を備える、端部閉鎖区画(11b)とを画定し、
前記後部針カバーの前記シャフト区画(11a)が1つ以上の補強リブ(16)を備え、各補強リブが、前記針カニューレ(3)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように前記針軸に対して非平行で延在し、各補強リブが、軸方向について前記端部閉鎖区画(11b)と前記後部針カバーの前記第1の端部との間に配設されて、前記後部針カバーの前記シャフト区画(11a)の隣接した環状潰れ領域(15)を分割する、請求項1に記載の注射針アセンブリ。 - 前記針カバー(10、10a、10b)が、初期の非貫通状態では、前記端部閉鎖区画(11b)の前記壁区域および前記シャフト区画(11a)の前記壁区域が前記針カニューレ(3)から離間された第1の構成をとる、請求項1または2に記載の注射針アセンブリ。
- 各環状潰れ領域(15)の対向する壁区域が、前記貫通力が加えられたとき径方向に変形して、各環状潰れ領域に関して、2つの対向する壁区域が互いに向かって径方向に変形し、また2つの対向する壁区域が互いに離れるように径方向に変形するように構成された、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の注射針アセンブリ。
- 前記隣接した環状潰れ領域のうち第1の環状潰れ領域(15)に関して、前記針軸に対して垂直に延在する第1の軸に沿って、2つの対向する壁区域が互いに向かって径方向に変形し、前記第1の環状潰れ領域(15)に隣接する第2の環状潰れ領域(15)に関して、前記第1の軸に平行な方向に、2つの対向する壁区域が互いに離れるように径方向に変形する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の注射針アセンブリ。
- 前記1つ以上の補強リブ(16)の少なくとも1つが、前記シャフト区画(11a)の径方向外側に面する表面から径方向に突出するように配置された、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の注射針アセンブリ。
- 前記シャフト区画(11a)の壁区域が円筒状の内壁面を形成する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の注射針アセンブリ。
- 前記1つ以上の補強リブ(16)の位置における前記シャフト区画(11a)の壁区域の壁厚が、t1の少なくとも1.2倍である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の注射針アセンブリ。
- 前記端部閉鎖壁区域(17a、17b)が、t1の少なくとも1.5倍の壁厚t2を有する区域を備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の注射針アセンブリ。
- 前記閉じた端面(18)が、低減された壁厚の通気帯(20)を画定する中央区域を備え、前記通気帯が、t1の2.5倍未満の壁厚t3を有する壁区域を備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の注射針アセンブリ。
- 前記端部閉鎖壁区域(17a、19、17b)が第1および第2の環状の端部閉鎖領域(17a、17b)を画定し、t1の2.5倍未満である低減された壁厚の環状領域(19)が、前記第1および第2の環状の端部閉鎖領域(17a、17b)を分離する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の注射針アセンブリ。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の注射針アセンブリ(50)を備える注射装置(1)であって、針開口部を有する針シールド(5)を更に備え、前記針シールド(5)および前記注射針アセンブリ(50)が互いに対して軸方向に摺動可能に配置され、前記針カニューレ(3)に前記針カバー(10b)を貫通させ、前記針シールド(5)の前記針開口部を通して突出させる、注射装置(1)。
- 前記注射装置(1)が、前記針シールド(5)と前記注射針アセンブリ(50)との間の相対移動によってトリガ可能な自動注射器として構成され、前記針シールド(5)が前記針カバー(10b)に対して作用することにより、前記針カバーが前記針カニューレ(3)によって貫通されるように構成された、請求項12に記載の注射装置(1)。
- 少なくとも前記針シールド(5)および前記注射針アセンブリ(50)が互いに対して摺動することにより前記針カニューレ(3)が前記針カバー(10b)を貫通するように、前記針カバー(10b)の前記シャフト区画(11a)および前記端部閉鎖区画(11b)の径方向外側に面する表面が前記針シールド(5)から径方向に離間されている、請求項12または13に記載の注射装置(1)。
